Real estate is one of the loudest businesses on LinkedIn and one of the quietest topics. We count 8,358 real estate posts in the last 12 months in our dataset, and the typical one earns just 12 likes, the lowest median of this entire theme series. Most property posts vanish without a trace.

So who actually gets read when they post about real estate? At MagicPost, we took the 62 creators in our dataset who post about real estate consistently (at least 10 real estate posts in the last 12 months, minimum 5,000 followers) and ranked them by median likes on their real estate posts alone. Not their overall fame: what happens, today, when they hit publish on this specific topic. Number twenty earns more than three times the typical real estate post. Number one earns nearly 67 times it.

Two numbers you will not find anywhere else sit in each profile below: the share of feed (is property their whole identity or a side topic?) and the vs-overall figure: whether their real estate posts earn more or less than their own usual median.

One honesty note up front: this is the smallest pool of the series. Only 62 creators clear the bar, so this top 20 is roughly a third of everyone eligible. Read it as the front of a thin field, not a census of a crowded one.

The full board first, then the countdown:

Top 20 LinkedIn creators on real estate, ranked by real impact

TL;DR: We ranked the top 20 LinkedIn creators on Real Estate by one number nobody else publishes: median likes on their real estate posts alone, over 12 months and 62 creators. Ryan Serhant leads with 801 median likes per real estate post, 67x what the typical real estate post earns (12 likes).

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement per theme, share of feed, theme premiums, trajectories, across 62 real estate creators and 8,358 real estate posts. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.

Just missed the cut

Five names land right behind, and they say a lot about how this ranking works. Bruno Salvatore (#21, 38 median likes per real estate post) and Hugo Guiochet (#22, 36) miss the cut by a couple of likes of median. Then come two creators tied at a 34 median: Alain Letailleur (#23), whose feed is 93% real estate, the purest dedication anywhere near this list, and Dan Smith (#24), who published 93 real estate posts to get there. Shiv Gettu closes the list (#25, 31). Publish less, hit harder, and any of the five enters the top 20 at the next quarterly refresh.

The efficiency champions (pound for pound)

Raw likes favor big audiences, so here is the other cut: engagement rate on real estate posts, median likes divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The list changes completely:

The champion is David Brauman, whose 152 median on 32k followers edges out Tom Delaey on a slightly larger audience. Four of these five also sit in the absolute top 20: this is a thin field, and the efficient names and the high-median names are largely the same people. Note that Ryan Serhant, the #1 by median, does not appear here: his 392k followers pull his engagement rate down to 0.20%, just outside this cut.

The volume game (total real estate engagement)

One more cut: not the typical post, but the total likes generated on real estate posts over 12 months. This is where the high-frequency voices get their due:

Jay Parsons generates the most total engagement with 80 posts; Ryan Serhant reaches second place with 21, a quarter of that volume. And this is where pure frequency shows its limits: Christopher Watkin published 515 real estate posts in 12 months, more than anyone in our dataset, to land fourth on total likes and nowhere near the median top 20.

The conversation champion

The ratio of comments to likes, the cut nobody publishes. The real estate record belongs to David Brauman: 90 median comments against 152 median likes on his real estate posts, well over one comment for every two likes, when the platform norm is closer to one per ten. His new-build property posts read less like broadcasts and more like open debates.

The residents and the tourists

Of the 62 creators who post real estate consistently, 20 dedicate more than half their feed to it, the most resident-heavy ratio of this whole theme series. Property is a topic people commit to fully or visit briefly, with little in between. This top 20 splits the same way: residents like Jay Parsons (77% of his feed), Dean Myerow (73%) and Angharad Trueman (60%), and tourists like Florent Albero (23%) and Lorenzo Lonchant (11%), whose feeds are mostly something else.

Unlike the loudest topics on the platform, real estate does not hand its tourists a clear premium: the biggest jump versus overall median here belongs to Tom Delaey at 80%, but several part-time property voices (Albero, Hartley, Rebour) earn less on their real estate posts than on the rest of their writing. In this niche, depth tends to win.

Two related studies while you are here: who dominates LinkedIn country by country (United States, France, the full series), since this top 20 leans heavily French and American. And if your plan includes showing up in these creators' comments, where real estate clearly rewards conversation over raw likes, an engagement feed makes that a daily five-minute habit.

Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any real estate creator the way we just did (median engagement by theme, share of feed, premiums, trajectory) and benchmark your own profile. The data on this page is the product.

Where this data comes from

Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed 8,358 real estate-themed LinkedIn posts from the last 12 months, kept the 62 creators with at least 10 real estate posts and 5,000 followers (deleted posts excluded, company pages excluded), and ranked them by median likes on their real estate posts. We also computed each creator's share of feed, their real estate premium versus their own overall median, engagement rates and conversation ratios. This is the smallest eligible pool of the theme series, so the top 20 represents roughly a third of the field; read it accordingly. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.

FAQ

Who is the top real estate creator on LinkedIn in 2026?

By real impact (median likes on real estate posts over the last 12 months), Ryan Serhant: 801 median likes per real estate post, three times the number two (Jay Parsons) and nearly 67 times the typical real estate post on LinkedIn.

How is this ranking calculated?

Median likes on each creator's real estate-themed posts over the last 12 months, among the 62 creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 10 real estate posts and 5,000 followers. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot, and only real estate posts count, so general fame cannot either.

Does posting about real estate boost engagement on LinkedIn?

Not reliably. The typical real estate post earns just 12 likes, the lowest median of our theme series, and several part-time property voices in this top 20 earn less on their real estate posts than on the rest of their feed. The premiums that do exist tend to go to committed specialists, with the biggest (Tom Delaey, +80%) being the exception rather than the rule.

Who are the most efficient real estate creators?

By engagement rate on real estate posts (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): David Brauman (0.47%), just ahead of Tom Delaey (0.42%), Yann Jéhanno (0.35%), Iftikhar Ahmed (0.25%) and Jay Parsons (0.22%).

Are the top real estate voices full-time property creators?

More so than in any other theme we studied. 20 of the 62 eligible creators dedicate more than half their feed to real estate, the most resident-heavy ratio of the series, led by Jay Parsons (77%) and Dean Myerow (73%). Real estate is a topic people tend to commit to fully rather than dabble in.

Which countries dominate real estate content on LinkedIn?

This top 20 is split mainly between the United States and France, with the United Kingdom (Iftikhar Ahmed, Angharad Trueman) and Australia (Aidan Hartley) also placing. Country-by-country rankings are in our country series.
