Every "top LinkedIn creators in Brazil" list ranks people by followers. Here is the problem with that: followers measure the past, not the present. The two biggest accounts in this ranking, Ricardo Amorim with 3.1 million followers and Carolina Martins with 2.9 million, are the most-followed creators in Latin America, and they land third and seventh. The creator at number one has 135,000 followers, a fraction of either.
So we ranked Brazil differently. At MagicPost, we analyzed the 70 Brazilian creators in our dataset (everyone with at least 5,000 followers and 30 posts in the last 12 months) and ranked them by median likes per post over the last 12 months: what actually happens, today, when they hit publish. For scale: the median Brazilian creator in this pool earns 36 likes per post. Number twenty on this list earns about twice that. Number one earns 23 times that.
Each entry shows the creator's data card (followers, engagement rate, favorite posting slot, themes, multi-year trajectory of their median likes), what stands out in their numbers, and their most liked post of the last 12 months.
The full board first, then the countdown:

He writes about building profitable audiences through content; his Graphic Design posts earn a 1,355 median and his Creativity posts a 970, both well above his overall number. Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement, engagement rates, themes, trajectories and favorite slots, across 70 Brazilian creators. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
The efficiency champions (pound for pound)
Raw likes favor big audiences, so here is the other cut: engagement rate, median likes per post divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The list shifts toward mid-sized accounts:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes |
135k | 0.62% | 840 | |
109k | 0.57% | 621 | |
184k | 0.44% | 815 | |
46k | 0.39% | 178 | |
51k | 0.37% | 186 |
The same name tops both cuts: Victor Wendt wins on raw median and on engagement rate. For comparison, the top 20 ranges from 1.68% (Eduardo Orban, #9 above) down to 0.01% (Carolina Martins), a 168-fold spread: the most engaged audiences in Brazil belong to mid-sized accounts, not the millions-of-followers names.
The conversation champion
One more cut nobody publishes: the ratio of comments to likes. The Brazilian record belongs to Ben van Sprundel: 41 median comments against 106 median likes, almost two comments for every five likes, well above the platform norm of one comment per ten likes. It is the most conversational feed of the 70 we measured.
Where are the "LinkedIn creators"?
Notice who fills this top 20: an economist, CEOs, a programmer, an HR specialist, a mining advisor, brand strategists. People whose subject is bigger than the platform sit alongside creators who teach the platform itself. Brazil is unusual that way: eight of these twenty are LinkedIn-native creators (people who teach content, marketing and growth on the network), more than most countries we have ranked.
That does not make the native creators less interesting, it makes them a different study: they often win on consistency, conversation engineering and engagement rate rather than on raw reach. We profiled several of them, data biography by data biography, in our creators series, including Junior Borneli, Andre Oliveira and Léo Kaufmann.
One timing note while you are here: three of these twenty creators post in the evening, against a Brazilian top tier that mostly publishes on weekday mornings. When you already own an audience, the clock bends to you; until then, post when the feed is busy (what works for normal accounts is mornings, on weekdays). And if part of your plan is showing up in these creators' comments, an engagement feed makes that a daily five-minute habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any Brazilian creator the way we just did (median engagement, engagement rate, themes, trajectory, slots) and benchmark your own profile against the country. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed the last 12 months of posts of 70 Brazilian creators (minimum 5,000 followers and 30 posts, deleted posts excluded), ranked them by median likes per post, and computed per-creator themes, yearly trajectories, writing fingerprints, engagement rates (median likes / followers) and conversation ratios. Brazil is a smaller pool than the larger markets we cover: 70 creators clear the 5,000-follower and 30-post floors, so the ranking reflects that eligible field. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.
SSS
Who is the top LinkedIn creator in Brazil in 2026?
By real impact (median likes per post over the last 12 months), Victor Wendt: 840 median likes across 135k followers, 23 times the national median. By raw audience size, Ricardo Amorim (3.1M followers), who ranks third by impact.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes per post over the last 12 months, among the 70 Brazilian creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot.
Why is the biggest Brazilian account not number one?
Because followers measure accumulated audience, not current engagement. Ricardo Amorim has 3.1 million followers, more than anyone else here, but his engagement rate is 0.02% (median likes divided by followers); the top of this list runs far higher per follower.
Who are the most efficient Brazilian creators?
By engagement rate (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Victor Wendt (0.62%), Breno Augusto (0.57%) and Bruno Lacerda (0.44%), all mid-sized accounts that out-convert the millions-of-followers names.
Are there any "LinkedIn creators" in the Brazilian top 20?
Yes, more than in most countries: eight of the twenty are LinkedIn-native creators, including Victor Wendt at #1, Bruno Lacerda at #2 and Junior Borneli at #6. They share the list with economists, CEOs, a programmer and other voices whose subject is bigger than the platform.
What is the best time to post on LinkedIn in Brazil?
For most accounts, weekday mornings (the general timing data). Three of this top 20 post in the evening instead, a luxury of already owning an audience.
