Most "top LinkedIn creators in Pakistan" lists rank people by followers. Here is the problem with that: followers measure the past, not the present. The biggest account in this ranking, with 95k followers, also lands first by impact, which is rare. But just below it, accounts with three times fewer followers out-earn names with much larger audiences.
So we ranked Pakistan differently. At MagicPost, we analyzed the 112 Pakistani creators in our dataset (everyone with at least 5,000 followers and 30 posts in the last 12 months) and ranked them by median likes per post over the last 12 months: what actually happens, today, when they hit publish. For scale: the median Pakistani creator in this pool earns 62 likes per post. Number twenty earns about 3 times that, number one about 12 times that.
Each entry shows the creator's data card (followers, engagement rate, favorite slot, themes, multi-year trajectory of their median likes), what stands out, and their most liked post of the year.
The full board first, then the countdown:

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement, engagement rates, themes, trajectories and favorite slots, across 112 Pakistani creators. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
The efficiency champions (pound for pound)
Raw likes favor big audiences, so here is the other cut: engagement rate, median likes per post divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The order shifts:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes |
21k | 1.65% | 355 | |
33k | 1.50% | 493 | |
25k | 1.09% | 271 | |
43k | 1.00% | 436 | |
23k | 0.90% | 206 |
Across the full top 20, engagement rate runs from 2.39% (Hafsa SEO) down to 0.30% (Rimsha Rasheed), about an eightfold spread: the most engaged audiences in Pakistan belong to mid-sized and small accounts, not the largest ones.
The conversation champion
One more cut nobody publishes: the ratio of comments to likes. The Pakistani record belongs to M. Aadil Ali: 170 median comments against 142 median likes, more than one comment per like, when the platform norm is closer to one per ten. It is the most conversational feed of the 112 we measured.
Where are the "LinkedIn creators"?
Notice who dominates this top 20: personal branding coaches, content and brand designers, growth strategists, a few engineers and one professor. In Pakistan, unlike most countries in this series, the people who teach the platform are the people who win on it. The top tier is built almost entirely of LinkedIn-native creators, not journalists or CEOs borrowing the network.
That makes Pakistan a different study from France or Germany, where outside-the-platform voices crowd the top. We profile creators across markets in our creators series.
One timing note: nine of these twenty creators post in the evening or on a Sunday, when many Pakistani creators aim at European audiences alongside a local one. That runs against what works for most accounts in Pakistan. When you already own an audience, the clock bends to you; until then, post when your readers are awake. And if part of your plan is showing up in these creators' comments, an engagement feed makes that a daily five-minute habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any Pakistani creator the way we just did (median engagement, engagement rate, themes, trajectory, slots) and benchmark your own profile against the country. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed the last 12 months of posts of 112 Pakistani creators (minimum 5,000 followers and 30 posts, deleted posts excluded), ranked them by median likes per post, and computed per-creator themes, yearly trajectories, writing fingerprints, engagement rates (median likes / followers) and conversation ratios. Pakistan is a smaller pool than markets like France or India: only 112 creators clear the floors of 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts, so this ranking reads the active top of the country rather than a deep field. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.
Preguntas frecuentes
Who is the top LinkedIn creator in Pakistan in 2026?
By real impact (median likes per post over the last 12 months), Aisha Riaz: 718 median likes across 95k followers, about 12 times the national median. She is also the largest account in the ranking, a rare case where the biggest audience and the highest impact line up.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes per post over the last 12 months, among the 112 Pakistani creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot.
Why is the biggest Pakistani account also number one?
Unusually for this series, the largest account here (Aisha Riaz, 95k followers) is also the most engaging by median likes. In most countries the biggest follower count ranks far lower, because followers measure accumulated audience, not today's engagement.
Who are the most efficient Pakistani creators?
By engagement rate (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Maryam Asim (1.65%), Arslan Iqbal (1.50%) and Bushra N. (1.09%), all mid-sized accounts. Across the full top 20, smaller audiences such as Hafsa SEO (2.39%) convert even harder.
Are there any "LinkedIn creators" in the Pakistani top 20?
Almost all of them. Unlike France or Germany, Pakistan's top tier is built mostly of LinkedIn-native creators: personal branding coaches, content designers and growth strategists who teach the platform and win on it.
What is the best time to post on LinkedIn in Pakistan?
The full data is in our Pakistan timing guide. Nine of this top 20 post in the evening or on a Sunday instead, often to catch European audiences alongside a local one, a luxury of already owning an audience.
