Every "top LinkedIn creators in Switzerland" list ranks people by followers. Here is the problem with that: followers measure the past, not the present. The creator who tops this ranking by real impact is Vas Narasimhan, the CEO of Novartis, a pharma executive out-engaging every consultant, ghostwriter and growth coach in the country.
So we ranked Switzerland differently. At MagicPost, we analyzed the 78 Swiss creators in our dataset (everyone with at least 5,000 followers and 30 posts in the last 12 months) and ranked them by median likes per post over the last 12 months: what actually happens, today, when they hit publish. For scale: the median Swiss creator in this pool earns 47 likes per post. Number twenty on this list earns about 3 times that. Number one earns 31 times that.
Each entry shows the creator's data card (followers, engagement rate, favorite posting slot, themes, multi-year trajectory of their median likes), what stands out in their numbers, and their most liked post of the last 12 months.
The full board first, then the countdown:

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement, engagement rates, themes, trajectories and favorite slots, across 78 Swiss creators. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
The efficiency champions (pound for pound)
Raw likes favor big audiences, so here is the other cut: engagement rate, median likes per post divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The list reshuffles:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes |
83k | 1.20% | 996 | |
125k | 0.87% | 1,083 | |
26k | 0.70% | 178 | |
24k | 0.59% | 143 | |
28k | 0.57% | 158 |
A St. Gallen professor (Wolfgang Jenewein, #3 above) converts his audience better than any larger account on this page. For comparison, the top 20 ranges from 1.43% (Laurie Banfi) down to 0.07% (Bertrand Piccard), a twentyfold spread: the most engaged audiences in Switzerland belong to mid-sized accounts, not the biggest ones.
The conversation champion
One more cut nobody publishes: the ratio of comments to likes. The Swiss record belongs to Dror Allouche: 183 median comments against 166 median likes, more than one comment per like, when the platform norm is one comment per ten likes. It is the most conversational feed of the 78 we measured.
Where are the "LinkedIn creators"?
Notice who dominates this top 20: a pharma CEO, professors, climate scientists, an explorer, executive coaches, a cosmetics CEO. People whose subject is bigger than the platform. The Swiss LinkedIn-native creators (the people who teach content, copywriting and growth on the platform itself) are almost absent; only Alec Henry crosses over, at #9. Several Swiss natives do crack the top 20, including Yaël Meier at #4 and Charlène Angélique Steck at #11, but they got there through audiences built off the platform, not platform tutorials.
That does not make the native creators less interesting, it makes them a different study: they win on consistency, conversation engineering and selling, not on raw reach. We profiled them, data biography by data biography, in our creators series, including Alec Henry.
One timing note while you are here: most of this top 20 posts on weekday mornings and early afternoons, with only David Bach (Friday, 10pm) reaching for a late slot. That is close to what works for normal accounts (mornings, weekdays), so Switzerland's top creators do not bend the clock the way some countries' do. And if part of your plan is showing up in these creators' comments, an engagement feed makes that a daily five-minute habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any Swiss creator the way we just did (median engagement, engagement rate, themes, trajectory, slots) and benchmark your own profile against the country. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed the last 12 months of posts of 78 Swiss creators (minimum 5,000 followers and 30 posts, deleted posts excluded), ranked them by median likes per post, and computed per-creator themes, yearly trajectories, writing fingerprints, engagement rates (median likes / followers) and conversation ratios. Switzerland is a small market: only 78 creators clear the floors, so this top 20 is the top quarter of the eligible pool, and the same minimum thresholds (5,000 followers, 30 posts) apply to every name. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.
FAQ
Who is the top LinkedIn creator in Switzerland in 2026?
By real impact (median likes per post over the last 12 months), Vas Narasimhan, the CEO of Novartis: 1,435 median likes across 437k followers, 31 times the national median. A pharma executive tops the country, ahead of every consultant and coach.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes per post over the last 12 months, among the 78 Swiss creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot.
Why is the biggest Swiss account not always number one?
Because followers measure accumulated audience, not current engagement. Tina Mueller has the largest audience of this top 20 (294k followers) but a 0.17% engagement rate, and ranks fifth by impact; smaller accounts like Wolfgang Jenewein convert seven times harder.
Who are the most efficient Swiss creators?
By engagement rate (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Wolfgang Jenewein (1.20%), Thomas Tsangaras (0.87%) and Linh Grethe (0.70%), all mid-sized accounts that out-convert the largest ones.
Are there any "LinkedIn creators" in the Swiss top 20?
Almost none. The top tier belongs to a pharma CEO, professors, climate scientists and executive coaches. The only LinkedIn-native creator who crosses over is Alec Henry, at #9 with 238 median likes.
What is the best time to post on LinkedIn in Switzerland?
For most accounts, weekday mornings (the full timing data). Switzerland's top creators mostly stick to weekday mornings and early afternoons too, so the country's winners do not rely on off-hours slots.
