Wellness is one of the most crowded conversations on LinkedIn: we count 9,960 wellness posts in the last 12 months in our dataset alone. Almost all of them disappear into the feed. The typical wellness post earns 32 likes.

So who actually moves the needle when they write about wellness? At MagicPost, we took the 90 creators in our dataset who post about wellness consistently (at least 10 wellness posts in the last 12 months, minimum 5,000 followers) and ranked them by median likes on their wellness posts alone. Not their overall fame: what happens, today, when they hit publish on this specific topic. Number twenty earns 11 times the typical wellness post. Number one earns 215 times it.

Two numbers you will not find anywhere else sit in each profile below: the share of feed (is wellness their whole platform or a guest appearance?) and the vs-overall figure: whether their wellness posts earn more or less than their own usual median. The pool here is smaller than most themes (90 eligible creators), so read every figure as a snapshot of a tight field.

Just missed the cut

Five names land right behind, and they say a lot about how a small pool ranks. Elise Victor (#21, 324 median likes per wellness post) misses the top 20 by a handful of likes of median, on one of the highest engagement rates of the whole field. Then comes Arianna Huffington (#22, 317), the founder of Thrive Global and arguably the most famous wellness name on the platform, held back by a structural reason: scale. On an audience of 9.6 million followers, almost any post earns a low engagement rate, and wellness is just 4% of what she publishes. Mandy Ross (#23, 311) follows, then Nir Eyal (#24, 298), the author of Hooked and Indistractable, whose wellness posts earn a 56% premium over his overall median. Magdalena Anna (#25, 271) closes the list. Publish a little more on the topic, and any of the five enters the top 20 at the next refresh.

Claire Mounier-Véhier is the only name in both the absolute top 20 and this efficiency top 5 who holds a four-figure median, proof that high reach and high efficiency rarely meet.

One more cut: not the typical post, but the total likes generated on wellness posts over 12 months. This is where the steadier publishers get their due:

Huberman generates the most total engagement with just 10 posts; Dan Go needs 63 to reach roughly half of it. The table rewards both ends of the strategy: a handful of heavy hitters at the top and a few high-frequency publishers who accumulate their way up.

The conversation champion

The ratio of comments to likes, the cut nobody publishes. The wellness record belongs to Gözde Imamoglu: 111 median comments against 165 median likes on her wellness posts, about two comments for every three likes when the platform norm is closer to one comment per ten likes. A board-certified functional medicine health coach, she runs the busiest comment section in this dataset on the topic.

The residents and the tourists

Of the 90 creators who post wellness consistently, only 3 dedicate more than half their feed to it. Wellness is, more than almost any theme we measure, a tourist destination: the names that rank highest mostly visit the topic rather than live there. The most dedicated resident in this top 20 is Andrew Huberman at 20% of his feed, the only creator above 15%, while the rest are visitors: Gary Vaynerchuk (1%), Lewis Howes and Justin Welsh (3% each) all rank on a handful of wellness posts a year.

The pattern is consistent: an audience that did not sign up for wellness still rewards a clear, practical post on the topic, and the biggest premiums on this page belong to the lightest visitors (Lewis Howes at +148%, Gary Vaynerchuk at +128%, Andrea Petrone at +122%). Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed 9,960 wellness-themed LinkedIn posts from the last 12 months, kept the 90 creators with at least 10 wellness posts and 5,000 followers (deleted posts excluded, company pages excluded), and ranked them by median likes on their wellness posts. We also computed each creator's share of feed, their wellness premium versus their own overall median, engagement rates and conversation ratios. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.

Often, yes, especially for occasional posters: the biggest premiums on this top 20 belong to creators whose feed is mostly about something else (Lewis Howes +148%, Gary Vaynerchuk +128%, Andrea Petrone +122%). But the typical wellness post still earns just 32 likes: the topic rewards clarity, not participation.

Who are the most efficient wellness creators?

By engagement rate on wellness posts (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): James Ware (2.25%), well ahead of Claire Mounier-Véhier (1.13%), Elise Victor (0.97%), Elizabeth Lindsey (0.96%) and Gözde Imamoglu (0.78%).

Are the top wellness voices full-time wellness creators?

Mostly not. Only 3 of the 90 eligible creators dedicate more than half their feed to wellness, making this one of the most tourist-heavy themes we measure. The most dedicated name in the top 20 is Andrew Huberman at 20% of his feed; the rest visit the topic from business, coaching or personal-growth audiences.

Which countries dominate wellness content on LinkedIn?

Most of this top 20 is based in the United States, with France placing three (Claire Mounier-Véhier, Barthélémy Fendt, Michel Khoury), Canada and the United Kingdom two each, and the Netherlands one. Country-by-country rankings are in our country series.
