Every "top LinkedIn creators in Singapore" list ranks people by followers. Here is the problem with that: followers measure the past, not the present. The biggest account in this ranking has 2.8 million followers, more than ten times anyone else on the list, and lands fifth. The account that does land first belongs to Lee Hsien Loong, Singapore's former Prime Minister: a head of government tops the country by raw engagement, which happens nowhere else in this cluster.
So we ranked Singapore differently. At MagicPost, we analyzed the 55 Singapore creators in our dataset (everyone with at least 5,000 followers and 30 posts in the last 12 months) and ranked them by median likes per post over the last 12 months: what actually happens, today, when they hit publish. For scale: the median Singapore creator in this pool earns 53 likes per post. Number twenty on this list earns about 1.5 times that. Number one earns roughly 18 times that.
Each entry shows the creator's data card, what stands out in their numbers, and their most liked post of the last 12 months. The full board first, then the countdown:

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement, engagement rates, themes, trajectories and favorite slots, across 55 Singapore creators. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
The efficiency champions (pound for pound)
Raw likes favor big audiences, so here is the other cut: engagement rate, median likes per post divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The list changes completely:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes |
32k | 0.63% | 201 | |
95k | 0.37% | 349 | |
61k | 0.35% | 214 | |
47k | 0.33% | 155 | |
23k | 0.29% | 68 |
A personal-branding coach (Ratna Juita, #7 above) out-converts every minister and mega-account on this page. For comparison, the full top 20 ranges from 1.57% (Edwin Tong SC) down to 0.01% (Eric Sim), more than a hundredfold spread: the most engaged audiences in Singapore belong to mid-sized and small accounts, not famous ones.
The conversation champion
One more cut nobody publishes: the ratio of comments to likes. The Singapore record belongs to Audrey Chia: 94 median comments against 116 median likes, a ratio of 0.81, almost four times the usual platform norm of one comment per ten likes. It is the most conversational feed of the 55 we measured.
Where are the "LinkedIn creators"?
Notice who dominates this top 20: a former prime minister, a sitting minister, bankers, founders, lawyers, executive coaches. People whose subject is bigger than the platform, or whose audience came from a career rather than from teaching LinkedIn. The Singapore LinkedIn-native creators (the people who teach content, copywriting and growth on the platform itself) are present but rarely at the top. The clearest crossover is Shulin Lee at #2, whom we profiled in our creators series and in full at who is Shulin Lee.
That does not make the native creators less interesting, it makes them a different study: they win on consistency, conversation engineering and selling, not on raw reach. Six of these twenty creators post in the evening, the opposite of what works for normal accounts (mornings, weekdays). When you already own an audience, the clock bends to you; until then, post before the crowd. And if part of your plan is showing up in these creators' comments, an engagement feed makes that a daily five-minute habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any Singapore creator the way we just did (median engagement, engagement rate, themes, trajectory, slots) and benchmark your own profile against the country. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed the last 12 months of posts of 55 Singapore creators (minimum 5,000 followers and 30 posts, deleted posts excluded), ranked them by median likes per post, and computed per-creator themes, yearly trajectories, writing fingerprints, engagement rates (median likes / followers) and conversation ratios. Singapore is a comparatively small market: only 55 creators clear both floors, so this top 20 is more than a third of the entire eligible pool, and the floors filter out smaller accounts that might otherwise rank. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.
Häufige Fragen
Who is the top LinkedIn creator in Singapore in 2026?
By real impact (median likes per post over the last 12 months), Lee Hsien Loong, Singapore's former Prime Minister: 983 median likes across 616k followers, about 18 times the national median. By raw audience size, Eric Sim (2.8M followers), who ranks fifth by impact.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes per post over the last 12 months, among the 55 Singapore creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot.
Why is the biggest Singapore account not number one?
Because followers measure accumulated audience, not current engagement. Eric Sim has 2.8 million followers, more than ten times anyone else here, but his engagement rate is 0.01% (median likes divided by followers); the top of this list runs far higher.
Who are the most efficient Singapore creators?
By engagement rate (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Ratna Juita (0.63%), Bhavna Toor (0.37%) and Gareth Lloyd (0.35%), all mid-sized accounts that out-convert the celebrities and the ministers.
Are there any "LinkedIn creators" in the Singapore top 20?
A few. The top tier belongs to politicians, founders and executives, but native creators do appear, led by Shulin Lee at #2 with 444 median likes, alongside content and design educators further down the list.
What is the best time to post on LinkedIn in Singapore?
For most accounts, mornings on weekdays (the general timing data). Six of this top 20 post in the evening instead, a luxury of already owning an audience.
