Caroline Mignaux is one of France's most influential LinkedIn voices: a LinkedIn Top Voice, best-selling author of From Zero To Hero, and host of the Marketing Square podcast (2M+ listens). But the most telling number in her data is not her 174,000 followers. It is this: across the 684 posts we analyzed, her median post earns 238 likes and 121 comments, a comment-to-like ratio near one to two. Most large creators sit closer to one to ten. Mignaux does not broadcast to a feed. She opens a conversation, and half her audience talks back.

At MagicPost we analyzed 684 of her LinkedIn posts (back to late 2023): what she writes, when, for whom, what it earns, and what makes her style worth studying. This is who Caroline Mignaux is, according to the best possible source: her own posts, measured.

Caroline Mignaux: identity card with key LinkedIn numbers

Her story, in her own posts

You do not need a biographer for Mignaux. She tells her own story constantly, and the data shows the chapter she returns to most is not a win. It is shame.

The American years, then the crash. She built a life in New York, then lost it. "Je suis devenue entrepreneure à 29 ans... Je venais de perdre toute ma vie aux USA... Pour atterrir en France, chez mes parents, sur le carreau." (I became an entrepreneur at 29. I had just lost my whole life in the USA, landing back in France, at my parents', flat broke.) In another post: "En 2022, j'ai quitté mon CDI." (In 2022, I left my permanent job.)

The shame she keeps naming. This is her signature register. Fired at 23: "J'avais honte quand j'ai été licenciée... J'avais 23 ans" (I was ashamed when I was laid off. I was 23.). Half-deaf and hiding it: "Je suis à moitié sourde. Ça ne se voit pas, et ça ne se dit pas... J'ai toujours honte d'en parler." (I'm half deaf. You can't see it, and you don't say it. I'm always ashamed to talk about it.) That post earned 2,445 likes, her second biggest ever.

The reinvention. She quit alcohol, "ma meilleure decision de l'année" (my best decision of the year), became a stepmother to three at 31 ("J'aime bien dire que j'ai fait un 'MBA'", I like to say I did an "MBA"), and built her media in public.

The proof. "J'ai construit un Média à 7 chiffres. Mais au début... personne n'en avait rien à faire." (I built a seven-figure media company. But at the start, nobody cared.) Her own tally there: "+400 épisodes de Podcast, +1500 posts LinkedIn, +200 Newsletters" and a media that "a généré +1M€" (generated over a million euros).

The pattern a regular bio would miss: her highest-performing posts are confessions, not wins. The half-deaf post, the sexist-fundraising post, the quitting-drinking post, the laid-off-at-23 post, each names a private humiliation and turns it into her best content. Where most creators sell their successes, Mignaux's franchise is her shame.

What she actually talks about

What Caroline Mignaux talks about on LinkedIn, measured by topic

On the surface she is a marketing creator: Content Marketing is her largest topic (153 posts), with Social Media, Coaching and Marketing close behind. But two details matter more than the ranking:

  • Entrepreneurship over-performs everything (about 306 median likes versus her overall 238), and Psychology is right behind it (about 299). When she steps off marketing tactics and into the human story of building a business, her audience leans in hardest. Customer Service, by contrast, under-performs badly (about 125).

  • Sorted by register rather than topic, her single biggest bucket is "Conseil percutant" (punchy advice, 119 posts), and right behind it, tied, "Vente via valeur" and podcast or video shares (105 each). She sells often, but she sells the way her best posts work: wrapped in a usable lesson or a personal story you would read anyway.

Who she writes for

Her reader is the person standing where she once stood: about to jump, and scared. She writes to the employee who suspects there is more, the way she described herself, paid "pour 'occuper' un poste" (to "fill" a role). She writes to the beginner who feels ridiculous posting, having lived it: "Mes premiers posts étaient nuls, mes premiers Live étaient gênants." (My first posts were terrible, my first lives were awkward.) And she addresses the reader directly and often, closing on a question or a hand held out: "Et vous, quelles sont vos priorités ? Je peux vous aider ?" (And you, what are your priorities? Can I help?)

Her best posts of 2026

Her three biggest posts of 2026 so far, reproduced from our data (click through to the originals):

Caroline Mignaux's checklist for not working like an employee in her own company

1,139 likes. A boundary-setting checklist ("Décliner les clients énergivores... Me payer en premier"), the kind of practical advice that doubles as a manifesto, closed with a direct offer to help. Advice and selling in one move.

Caroline Mignaux on LinkedIn's official crackdown on fake engagement

1,132 likes. A timely platform-news breakdown ("Ces 3 types de posts sont bannis"), positioning her as the person who decoded the official announcement, with the full analysis in her newsletter. News, authority, and a lead magnet.

Caroline Mignaux on the sexism she faced raising funds

1,017 likes. "L'expérience la plus sexiste de ma vie ? Lever des fonds." (The most sexist experience of my life? Raising funds.) A raw account of being called "l'influenceuse" while her track record was dismissed. Her confession register, at full power.

Is she still growing?

Caroline Mignaux's median likes per post, year by year

Here the honest answer is more interesting than a victory lap. Her median likes per post have eased down, not up: about 283 in 2024, 231 in 2025, 221 so far in 2026. That looks like decline, but it is mostly volume: she went from 282 analyzed posts in 2024 to 388 in 2025, posting more often into the same audience, which pulls the per-post median down. What does not fall is the conversation: her comment counts stay extraordinary. One caveat applies here as everywhere: we measure engagement per post, not followers over time, so this is how hard each post lands, not the size of her audience, which has kept climbing to 174,000.

Where do these charts come from? Everything on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics, and it works on your profile too: your best posts, your audience, your benchmark, even a side-by-side with creators like Caroline Mignaux.

The headline is brevity with air: at 126 words she writes a third shorter than the typical creator, and her paragraphs run 9 words, most of them a single short line with white space around it. But the real signature is not in this table, it is in the openers. One hook in five is a question, and one in three of her posts closes on a question too. She frames the whole post as a two-way exchange: a provocative line up top ("La mentalité française me fume," the French money mindset drives me crazy), then a question handed back to you at the end. That is the mechanic behind that one-to-two comment ratio. She is not writing posts; she is starting arguments worth replying to. When our system sums up her style in one word, it says: bold.

The "AI tells" in her style (read this the right way)

Run Mignaux's writing through the patterns people now call "AI tells," and the result is revealing:

The AI-pattern fingerprint of Caroline Mignaux's style

The patterns that show up most in her writing are the "reveal bridge" (the "but here is what nobody tells you" pivot, in nearly half her posts), the closing question (a third), and the "It's not X, it's Y" contrast formula (40% of posts), the single most flagged "AI" pattern on LinkedIn.

Do not read it backwards. Mignaux does not write like AI; AI writes like Mignaux. These moves read as robotic today because the models trained on the best creators on this platform, then stacked all of those moves into every paragraph. Mignaux uses one where it earns the reaction, and the other half of her profile is exactly what AI cannot resist adding and she refuses to: she never hedges ("it's worth noting that..."), and she never opens a line with a flat transition like "Moreover." The discipline is the signature. (Full story: how to spot AI writing on LinkedIn.)

When she posts

Mignaux publishes about 6.6 times a week, favorite slot Thursday around 8 AM Paris time, with 51% of her posts in the morning and a meaningful 28% on weekends. The early-morning window fits what our France timing data shows, and her near-daily cadence sits comfortably inside what our posting-frequency study found works for large creators. She has kept it up for years: "Depuis 3 ans, je poste presque tous les jours." (For 3 years, I post almost every day.) And because her whole model runs on replies, showing up in her comments is part of the game, which is exactly what an engagement feed is for: her posts, every day, without hunting the timeline.

What to steal from Caroline Mignaux

  1. Confess, don't brag. Her biggest posts name a private shame (half-deaf, fired, dismissed as "l'influenceuse"). Vulnerability outperformed every victory lap she posted.

  2. End on a question. A third of her posts close by handing the floor back, which is why she earns one comment for every two likes. Engineer the reply.

  3. Sell inside a lesson. Her advice checklists and news breakdowns carry the offer, so the selling never reads as selling.

  4. Short, with air. 126 words, 9-word paragraphs, one line of thought per line. Density over length.

  5. One strong move per post. A single contrast or reveal where it lands, never six stacked. The line between a signature and an AI tell.

Study her, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can dig into Caroline Mignaux's numbers the way we just did, analyze your own LinkedIn analytics with the same depth, and write in the spirit of her style (192 people already do). The data on this page is the product.

Where this data comes from

Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research. MagicPost analyzed 684 Caroline Mignaux posts from late 2023 onward: timing, engagement, topics, writing metrics, and the AI-pattern profile from a 30-post style sample. Every biographical claim is quoted from one of her own public LinkedIn posts and linked to it. Mignaux is not affiliated with MagicPost; her style is one of those MagicPost tracks most closely.

Häufige Fragen

Who is Caroline Mignaux?

A French marketing entrepreneur, LinkedIn Top Voice, and best-selling author of From Zero To Hero. She hosts the Marketing Square podcast (2M+ listens) and is a partner at Agence Personnelle, with about 174,000 followers. By her own account she left a permanent job in 2022 and built a seven-figure media business.

How does Caroline Mignaux make money?

By her own public posts: a media company she reports generating over a million euros, built on her podcast, newsletter, and book, plus consulting, speaking, and sponsorships. She also describes investing in startups.

How often does Caroline Mignaux post on LinkedIn?

About 6.6 posts a week in our data, most often around 8 AM Paris time on Thursdays, with 51% in the morning and 28% on weekends.

Does Caroline Mignaux write with AI?

Her style is intensely human: confessional stories, French slang, and questions that pull real replies (one comment for every two likes). The twist is that AI tools learned from creators like her, which is why 40% of her posts use the "It's not X, it's Y" pattern people now mislabel as an AI tell, while she never adds the hedging filler AI loves.

Is Caroline Mignaux still growing on LinkedIn?

Her follower count keeps climbing (about 174,000). Her median likes per post eased from about 283 in 2024 to 221 in 2026, mostly because she posts more often, but her comment volume stays exceptional.

Can I write like Caroline Mignaux?

You can learn the mechanics: MagicPost learns a creator's writing style (length, rhythm, hooks, signature moves) and helps you write in that spirit, in your own voice and on your own stories.
