Nadine Rippler ends almost every post she writes with the same German word: MACHEN (just do it). At MagicPost, we analyzed 384 of her LinkedIn posts across three years: what she writes, when, for whom, and what makes the style of Germany's #3 personal-branding voice worth studying. The headline finding is not a quote, it is a habit. She has rebuilt the exact same origin story at least three times, changing one number each time, her follower count climbing inside her own posts.

This is who Nadine Rippler is, according to the best source: her own posts, measured.

Nadine Rippler: identity card with key LinkedIn numbers

Her story, in her own posts

You do not need a biography of Rippler. She retells her own, and the data shows which chapters she treats as essential.

The crooked path. She did not climb a straight ladder, and she made that the point. "Doch mein Lebenslauf war NICHT gerade" (But my CV was NOT straight), she wrote, concluding: "Er muss deiner sein" (It has to be yours). Music runs through the whole timeline: "Gigs vor fast 4.000 Menschen. Touren durch Deutschland" (gigs in front of almost 4,000 people, tours through Germany), something she was once mocked for as a child.

The founding moment. Everything pivots on one year. She places herself, repeatedly, in the same scene: "weil ich 2023 naiv in meiner Wohnung stand: Mit Post-its & Stift" (because in 2023 I stood naively in my flat, with Post-its and a pen). The decision she credits: "2-3 Posts/Woche ohne Ausnahme" (2 to 3 posts a week, no exception).

The pandemic restart. Before the business there was a hard year, stated as a two-line before-and-after: "2020: Arbeitslos. 2025: 27k Follower & eigenes Business" (2020: unemployed. 2025: 27k followers and my own business). Her response was the whole brand in miniature: "50 Bewerbungen schreiben" (write 50 applications) and experiment with Insta and TikTok.

The arrival. She marks success not with revenue screenshots but with a family trip: "Papa den Traum von New York erfüllen" (making Dad's dream of New York come true). Months later she closed the loop: "Ich bin zum 1. Mal in New York" (I am in New York for the first time), at 33, her first time in the USA too.

One detail our data surfaces that a normal bio never would: her origin story is not a post, it is a template with a counter. She has shipped the "naively in my flat with Post-its" story at least three times, and the only thing that really changes is the number. "24k Follower. 4 Mio Impressions. Platz 2 in Deutschland" (24k followers, 4M impressions, #2 in Germany) in July 2025 became "Ich bin auf 30.900 LinkedIn Follower gewachsen" (I have grown to 30,900 followers) in January 2026: same flat, same Post-its, same closing call to start. Her birthday "Learnings" list does the same: a "20 Learnings" post became a "32 Learnings" post, the first sixteen lines identical. Very Rippler: when a story works, you update the figure and re-run it.

What she actually talks about

What Nadine Rippler talks about on LinkedIn, measured by topic

Her feed is split across four close themes rather than dominated by one. Entrepreneurship is both her most frequent and her best-performing topic (about 262 median likes), well above her overall median of 228. Content Marketing is her second-biggest pile by volume but her weakest by engagement (about 184): the meta-content about how to do LinkedIn lands softer than the content about her own life and business. Personal Branding, what her headline is built on, sits in the middle (about 195).

Read by register rather than topic, her largest buckets are practical "best practices" (about 87 posts) and punchy advice (about 62), while about 40 posts sell through value and 30 are "challenges overcome." The selling is outnumbered three to one by giving.

Who she writes for

Her reader is explicit and consistent: the corporate employee who suspects the 9-to-5 is not the whole story, especially women. She names the fear directly, "Sicherheit!, vor allem als Frau" (security, especially as a woman), and writes to people who think they need permission they do not have: "Du musst nicht aus einer Unternehmerfamilie kommen" (You do not have to come from a family of entrepreneurs). She addresses the reader as "du" and "ihr" constantly, and her offers match: a membership, a keynote practice, an online course for building a personal brand from zero.

Her best posts of 2026

Her three biggest posts of 2026 so far (click through to the originals):

Nadine Rippler's top 2026 post: your CV does not have to be straight

846 likes. The crooked-CV manifesto, built as two mirrored lists ("what I did because I wanted to" vs "because I should"). Permission-giving plus a clean two-line payoff, zero product attached.

Nadine Rippler on what really makes you happy at 33

525 likes. An Easter post about working-class parents and what money is for: "wirklich glücklich wirst du nur, wenn du's schon vorher bist" (you only get truly happy if you already are first). The furthest she gets from business advice, and it landed.

Nadine Rippler on her Stuttgart keynote

473 likes. A keynote recap that doubles as a client case study ("über 2 Mio. Views in unter 1 Jahr," over 2M views in under a year) and a pointed sales line: "Jedes Unternehmen braucht 2026 Sichtbarkeit. Fangt JETZT an" (Every company needs visibility in 2026, start NOW).

Is she still growing?

Nadine Rippler's median likes per post, year by year

Here is the honest part. Her median likes per post are almost perfectly flat: about 225 in 2024, 233 in 2025, 217 so far in 2026. Over the same stretch her followers climbed from the "15k" she mentioned in late 2024 to the 32k she has now. That gap, more followers but steady likes per post, is the most common shape on LinkedIn right now: as an audience grows, a smaller share reacts to any single post. We measure engagement per post, not followers over time, so this is how hard each post hits, and hers held steady through a doubling of her audience.

Where do these charts come from? Everything on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics, and it works on your profile too: your best posts, your audience, your benchmark, even a side-by-side with creators like Nadine Rippler.

The table reads short, but the real signal is the rhythm and the openers. Her typical sentence is five words against the average ten; her typical paragraph is six words, so most "paragraphs" are a single short line with white space around it. That is the German-LinkedIn one-line-per-thought style, quantified. The standout number is the hook: 43% of her posts open on a figure, nearly double the benchmark, almost always personal ("Ich werde heute 32 Jahre alt," "2020: Arbeitslos. 2025: 27k Follower"). And unlike the cooler norm of her peers, she carries warmth into the metrics: three emojis a post against the typical two, led by one signature mark, the white heart 🤍. When our system describes her style in one word, it says: punchy.

The "AI tells" in her style (read this the right way)

Run Rippler's writing through the patterns people now call "AI tells":

The AI-pattern fingerprint of Nadine Rippler's style

Her two characteristic moves are a PS sign-off (about 43% of posts) and a closing question (about 40%). Both are human-community reflexes, not machine filler: the question hands the post to the comments, and the PS is where she drops the warm, funny aside the rest of the post earned ("PS: Mein liebstes NEIN geht immer an meinen inneren Schweinehund," my favourite NO always goes to my inner couch-potato). One in five of her posts uses the "It's not X, it's Y" contrast formula, the single most flagged "AI" pattern on LinkedIn, and she reaches for an advice frame or a "here is how" opener only rarely.

Do not read it backwards. Rippler does not write like an AI; AI writes like Rippler. These moves read as robotic today because the models trained on the best creators of this platform and then stacked every device at once, in every post. Rippler uses one where it lands. And the other half of her fingerprint is what AI cannot help adding: she never hedges ("it's worth noting that..."), and never opens with an automatic "Moreover." The discipline, and the genuine voice, is the signature. (Full story: how to spot AI writing on LinkedIn.)

When she posts

Rippler publishes about 4 times a week, almost entirely in the morning (about 87% of her posts), with a favorite slot of Monday at 8 AM Berlin time and only about 6% on weekends. That is a textbook German B2B rhythm: weekday mornings, a clean working-hours cadence, exactly what our Germany timing data points to, and a volume that sits inside the sustainable band our posting-frequency study recommends. And if your own playbook includes showing up under posts like hers every morning, that is what an engagement feed is for: her posts, every day, without hunting the timeline.

What to steal from Nadine Rippler

  1. Build a founding story and re-run it with a fresh number. Her "Post-its in my flat" scene has earned hundreds of likes three separate times, updated only by the follower count. Your origin story is an asset, not a one-off.

  2. Open on a personal number. 43% of her hooks are figures, almost all about her own life. The number is concrete, it stops the scroll, and it is impossible to fake.

  3. Write one thought per line. Six-word paragraphs, five-word sentences. The white space is the format.

  4. End with the human aside. The PS and the closing question are where the warmth and the comments live.

  5. Give three times more than you sell. Only about 40 of her posts pitch directly; the rest teach.

Study her, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can dig into Nadine Rippler's numbers the way we just did, analyze your own LinkedIn analytics with the same depth, and write in the spirit of her style in your own voice.

Where this data comes from

Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research. MagicPost analyzed 384 of Nadine Rippler's public LinkedIn posts across 2024 to 2026: timing, engagement, topics, writing metrics, and the AI-pattern profile from a 30-post style sample. Every biographical claim is quoted from one of her own public posts and linked to it. Rippler is not affiliated with MagicPost; her style is one of those MagicPost tracks closely.

FAQ

Who is Nadine Rippler?

A German founder based in the Stuttgart region who started her business and her LinkedIn presence in 2023, after years in radio, music, marketing and corporate communications. She runs BECOME THE BRAND, calls herself a personal-branding coach, ranks #3 for personal branding in Germany, and has about 32,000 LinkedIn followers.

How does Nadine Rippler make money?

By her own public account: a coaching and ghostwriting business, a LinkedIn membership community, keynotes, and an online course for building a personal brand. She has described it as a "6-stelliges Solo-Business" (a six-figure solo business).

How often does Nadine Rippler post on LinkedIn?

About 4 times a week in our data, almost always in the morning, most often Monday at 8 AM Berlin time, with only about 6% on weekends. She frames her cadence as "2 to 3 posts a week, no exception."

Does Nadine Rippler write with AI?

Her style reads intensely human: warm asides, a signature white heart, a personal number in the hook, and none of the filler AI adds (no hedging, no "Moreover"). The twist is that AI tools learned from creators like her, which is why one in five of her posts contains the "It's not X, it's Y" pattern people now mislabel as an AI tell.

Is Nadine Rippler still growing on LinkedIn?

Her follower count roughly doubled from around 15k in late 2024 to about 32k now, while her median likes per post held steady (about 225, 233, 217 across 2024 to 2026). That steady engagement through a doubling of audience is the common, honest shape of LinkedIn growth.

Can I write like Nadine Rippler?

You can learn the mechanics: MagicPost learns a creator's writing style (length, rhythm, hooks, signature moves) and helps you write in that spirit, in your own voice.
