Some reviews are about catching a tool out. This is not one of them. Swello, a French ("Made in France," Toulon) multi-network social media scheduler, has the best customer record of any tool we have reviewed in this series, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. The useful question, then, is not whether Swello is good (it plainly is) but what you get from a beloved generalist on LinkedIn specifically, versus a tool built only for LinkedIn. The record: genuinely the best we have seen

Credit where it is overwhelmingly due. On Trustpilot, Swello holds 4.9/5 across 154 reviews, 89% five-star, with not a single one- or two-star review in the set, and the profile is uninvited (Swello does not solicit them). For context, that is a stronger record than our own (MagicPost sits at 4.7/5), and we are not going to pretend that stings less than it does. The reviews, almost all in French, converge on the same things: support that replies in minutes and by name (reviewers thank Mathilde and Jonathan personally), a product that is genuinely easy to use, and pricing that stays stable while features keep shipping. There are no critical themes of note in the sample, which is itself unusual. On LinkedIn, Swello's footprint matches the reputation: our research corpus logged 306 mentions over the last year from 35 different people, a broad, real word-of-mouth, not an echo chamber. Swello spreads one excellent composer across seven networks, which is the point of a generalist and also its ceiling on any single platform. On LinkedIn specifically, that shows up in predictable places. Its AI helps with captions and hashtags rather than writing full posts trained on your own voice. Its analytics are cross-network dashboards rather than LinkedIn-native benchmarks. And the LinkedIn features a specialist obsesses over, working @mentions of people and companies that survive scheduling, fold-accurate previews, lead detection from engagement, are not part of a generalist's remit; Swello does not document @mention support, for instance.
