Coaching is one of the most crowded corners of LinkedIn: we count 25,879 coaching posts in the last 12 months in our dataset alone. Almost all of them sink without a trace. The typical coaching post earns 24 likes.
So who actually moves the needle when they post mindset, growth and leadership advice? At MagicPost, we took the 370 creators in our dataset who post about coaching consistently (at least 10 coaching posts in the last 12 months, minimum 5,000 followers) and ranked them by median likes on their coaching posts alone. Not their overall fame: what happens, today, when they hit publish on this specific topic. Number twenty earns 52 times the typical coaching post. Number one earns 148 times it.
Two numbers you will not find anywhere else sit in each profile below: the share of feed (is coaching their whole identity or a guest appearance?) and the vs-overall figure: whether their coaching posts earn more or less than their own usual median. The headline finding: this is a tourist's game. Almost everyone in this top 20 keeps coaching to a thin slice of their feed, and most of them earn a premium for it.
The full board first, then the countdown:

TL;DR: We ranked the top 20 LinkedIn creators on Coaching by one number nobody else publishes: median likes on their coaching posts alone, over 12 months and 370 creators. Dora Vanourek leads with 3,553 median likes per coaching post, 148x what the typical coaching post earns (24 likes).

On an audience this large, anything specific underperforms his broad-appeal posts.

Dora Vanourek, an executive advisor for senior leaders navigating new roles (ex-IBM, ex-PwC), tops this ranking by the slimmest margin in the series: 3,553 median likes, just ten ahead of Justin Welsh. She wins it the tourist's way: coaching is only 7% of her 364-post year, yet those posts earn a 74% premium over her overall median, the largest of the top 5. She did it on volume too (27 coaching posts, the most of the top 10) and a rising card from a 3,182 median in 2024 to 3,281 in 2025.

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement per theme, share of feed, theme premiums, trajectories, across 370 coaching creators and 25,879 coaching posts. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
Just missed the cut
Five names land right behind, and they confirm the pattern of the top 20. Justin Mecham (#21, 1,207 median likes per coaching post) misses by a handful of likes, on a coaching premium of 129% (coaching is only 3% of his feed). Anisha Jain (#22, 1,030) and Matt Gray (#23, 1,025) follow closely; Matt Gray, who we cover in his data biography, keeps coaching to 5% of a 363-post year. Vinh Giang (#24, 966) and Josh S. (#25, 910) close the list, the latter on the biggest premium of these five at 176%. Publish a little more on the topic, or hit a little harder, and any of them enters the top 20 at the next quarterly refresh.
The efficiency champions (pound for pound)
Raw likes favor big audiences, so here is the other cut: engagement rate on coaching posts, median likes divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The list changes completely:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes (coaching) |
21k | 8.63% | 1,779 | |
61k | 2.49% | 1,529 | |
22k | 1.73% | 373 | |
90k | 1.62% | 1,451 | |
54k | 1.46% | 791 |
The champion is Vedant Purohit: one follower in twelve likes every coaching post he writes, more than three times the rate of the runner-up. Vedant, Cristina Grancea and Blossom Affia are the only three names who appear in both the absolute top 20 and this efficiency top 5, the small-audience exception in a ranking otherwise built on six and seven-figure followings.
The volume game (total coaching engagement)
One more cut: not the typical post, but the total likes generated on coaching posts over 12 months. This is where the highest-output voices get their due:
Creator | Total likes on coaching (12 mo) | Coaching posts |
116,691 | 27 | |
84,148 | 20 | |
66,746 | 26 | |
57,201 | 32 | |
54,625 | 17 | |
53,457 | 21 | |
48,626 | 32 | |
48,552 | 20 |
Dora Vanourek tops this cut too, generating the most total coaching engagement with 27 posts. Note Reno Perry: he does not appear in the top 20 (his median is lower), but 32 coaching posts add up to the fourth-biggest total, proof that consistency banks engagement a median ranking hides.
The conversation champion
The ratio of comments to likes, the cut nobody publishes. The coaching record belongs to Melina Panetta: 130 median comments against 114 median likes on her coaching posts, more than one comment per like when the platform norm is closer to one per ten. She helps senior leaders turn decades of expertise into an advisory business, and her comment section is the busiest coaching feed in our dataset.
The residents and the tourists
Of the 370 creators who post coaching consistently, only 23 dedicate more than half their feed to it. This top 20 takes that imbalance to the extreme: not a single member crosses 50% focus, and most sit in single digits. The highest shares belong to Blossom Affia (18%) and a cluster around 11-13% (Jefferson Fisher, Jasmin Alić, Colby Kultgen, Ankur Warikoo); the thinnest belong to Justin Welsh, George Stern and Codie A. Sanchez, all at 3%.
The data behind that is consistent: an audience that did not sign up for coaching still rewards a clear mindset or leadership post, while the few full-time coaching feeds compete with themselves. Of the top 20, 17 earn a premium on their coaching posts, with the biggest belonging to the tourists (Vedant Purohit at 204%, Jade Bonacolta at 103%, Tobi Oluwole at 95%). If you write about coaching occasionally, you are playing the easier game.
A few of these names also lead their home countries: see the United States, France, India, Canada, the United Kingdom and the full series. And if your plan includes showing up in these creators' comments, an engagement feed makes that a daily five-minute habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any coaching creator the way we just did (median engagement by theme, share of feed, premiums, trajectory) and benchmark your own profile. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed 25,879 coaching-themed LinkedIn posts from the last 12 months, kept the 370 creators with at least 10 coaching posts and 5,000 followers (deleted posts excluded, company pages excluded), and ranked them by median likes on their coaching posts. We also computed each creator's share of feed, their coaching premium versus their own overall median, engagement rates and conversation ratios. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.
Domande Frequenti
Who is the top coaching creator on LinkedIn in 2026?
By real impact (median likes on coaching posts over the last 12 months), Dora Vanourek: 3,553 median likes per coaching post, ten ahead of Justin Welsh and 148 times the typical coaching post on LinkedIn.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes on each creator's coaching-themed posts over the last 12 months, among the 370 creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 10 coaching posts and 5,000 followers. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot, and only coaching posts count, so general fame cannot either.
Does posting about coaching boost engagement on LinkedIn?
For most of this top 20, yes: 17 of the 20 earn more on their coaching posts than their own overall median, with premiums up to 204% (Vedant Purohit). The effect is strongest for "tourists" whose feed is mostly about something else. But the typical coaching post still earns just 24 likes: the topic rewards clarity, not participation.
Who are the most efficient coaching creators?
By engagement rate on coaching posts (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Vedant Purohit (8.63%), well ahead of Cristina Grancea (2.49%), Roos Jansen (1.73%) and Blossom Affia (1.62%).
Are the top coaching voices full-time coaches?
Mostly not. Only 23 of the 370 eligible creators dedicate more than half their feed to coaching, and no one in this top 20 crosses 50% focus. The ranking is dominated by entrepreneurs, authors and advisors for whom coaching is a slice of a broader feed, not the whole brand.
Which countries dominate coaching content on LinkedIn?
This top 20 leans heavily on the United States, with India (Ankur Warikoo, Ranveer Allahbadia, Vedant Purohit), Canada (Dora Vanourek, Colby Kultgen, Tobi Oluwole), the United Kingdom and France also placing. Country-by-country rankings are in our country series.
