What is a seat?

One LinkedIn identity: a personal profile or a company page. Each seat has its own workspace, and administrators consume none.

Can a member keep their content if they leave?

Their posts are published on their own LinkedIn profile, under their name. That does not change.

Can I post on behalf of a member?

Yes, an admin can. The post still goes out under the member's name, from their LinkedIn.

Does my team need to share their LinkedIn password?

Never. Each member authorises LinkedIn themselves, through a secure connection.

What is the difference with the Agency plan?

Team is for your own people posting under their own names: shared calendar, team metrics, goals. Agency is for publishing on behalf of clients: client validation before publishing, and white-label reports. Different problems, different tools.
