What are the MagicPost plans and what is in them?

MagicPost has four plans. Two for individuals, two for teams and agencies.

Prices and features may have changed since this was written. The billing page in the app is always the source of truth.

Analytics: schedule and measure

The Analytics plan costs €29/month, or €17/month billed yearly.

For people who write their own content and want two things: a clean place to schedule it, and a clear view of what worked.

• Advanced LinkedIn metrics: impressions, engagement, audience, benchmarks

• Metrics of any other creator

• Post scheduling, on your personal profile or a company page, with media and mentions

• Scheduled comments

No AI generation. No post generation, no idea generator, no hook generator, no inspirations, no engagement feed, no carousel or visual generation. If you want MagicPost to write with you, you want Creator.

Creator: the whole content workflow

The Creator plan costs €59/month, or €35/month billed yearly.

Everything in Analytics, plus:

• Unlimited AI post generation, rewrites, new hooks, edits

• Idea generator and hook generator

• Carousel and visual generation (Beta): 50 carousels, 50 visuals and 30 AI images per rolling 30-day window

• Inspirations: follow creators and mine what works

• Engagement feed: build lists of profiles and comment on their posts from inside MagicPost

• Lead detection: see below

• API and MCP access: drive MagicPost from Claude or Perplexity

• Direct chat support

Agency: run your clients' LinkedIn

The Agency plan starts at €98/month for 2 seats (€49 per seat), or €58/month for 2 seats billed yearly (€29 per seat). Price is per seat, and you choose how many. Two seats is the minimum.

Everything in Creator, for every seat, plus:

• Multi-account management: one workspace, all your clients

• Client validation: nothing publishes until the client approves it, and they never need a MagicPost account

• White-label reports: export a client's performance under your own logo and colors

• Unlimited administrators, and they cost no seat

• A 30-minute onboarding call

Team: turn your employees into ambassadors

The Team plan starts at €109/month for 2 seats (€54.50 per seat), or €65/month for 2 seats billed yearly (€32.50 per seat). Price is per seat, and two seats is the minimum.

• Team calendar: see and organise everyone's posts in one place

Lead detection, included from Creator

From the Creator plan up, the Leads module turns the people who engage with your posts into a qualified pipeline: it captures everyone who liked or commented, scores them against your ideal customer profiles, and pushes the good ones to Lemlist, Pipedrive, HubSpot or a webhook.

Included quota: 100 leads scored per month and 2 active customer profiles. Need more? The Leads add-on (€39/month) stacks 500 extra credits on top (600 a month) and lifts your ICP limit to 5, or buy one-off top-ups without changing plan.

Every account gets a free trial: 5 leads scored, over 3 days, no card needed.

Not available on the Analytics plan.

What is a seat?

One seat = one LinkedIn identity: a personal profile or a company page.

Each seat has its own AI settings, its own post history, its own calendar and its own LinkedIn connection. That is why an agency gives each client a seat, and a company gives each employee one.

Administrators do not consume a seat. Invite as many as you need.

Which plan?

• You write yourself, and you want to schedule and measure → Analytics

• You want AI to help you write, find ideas, and engage → Creator

• You publish for clients and they need to approve → Agency

• You want your employees posting under their own names → Team

Do you bill monthly or yearly?

Both. Yearly billing is 40% cheaper: Analytics drops from €29 to €17/month, Creator from €59 to €35/month, Agency from €49 to €29 per seat, and Team from €54.50 to €32.50 per seat.

Are prices tax-inclusive?

Prices are shown excluding VAT, except in countries where no tax applies.
