Andre Oliveira's LinkedIn headline is a shrug: "I create content and see what happens." It sounds like false modesty until you measure his feed, and find that his single biggest post is a one-line joke, his second biggest is eight words long, and both outscored essays from creators ten times his size. At MagicPost we analyzed 198 of his Portuguese-language LinkedIn posts (his full 2025 history): what he writes, when, for whom, and what makes a creator with around 50,000 followers in Belo Horizonte punch this far above his weight.

This is who Andre Oliveira is, according to the best possible source: his own posts, measured.

Andre Oliveira: identity card with key LinkedIn numbers

His story, in his own posts

Oliveira does not pose as a guru. His most personal posts are confessions, and they tell a coherent arc.

The lost year. His origin is failure, not triumph. "Em 2015 eu voltei da faculdade pra casa dos pais... Foi a pior época da minha vida. De longe." ("In 2015 I moved back from college to my parents' house... It was the worst time of my life. By far.") A biology graduate with no experience, no prospects: "E tinha eu: o otário." ("And then there was me: the loser.") In that same post he watched a Nat Geo documentary about Machu Picchu and promised himself he would go one day, when the odds were "0."

The marketing road out. "Foi assim que comecei a estudar marketing, há 8 anos. Tudo que tenho hoje nasceu desse caminho." ("That is how I started studying marketing, 8 years ago. Everything I have today was born from that path.") He is a believer in the slow process: sit in the chair, open a book, take a course, fail, try again. He frames it against the instant-answer culture of AI, which he insists he is a fan of, just not as a replacement for thinking.

The rock bottom only his wife knew. The rawest post he has published opens: "eu vou dividir com vocês uma história que só minha esposa sabe." ("I am going to share a story only my wife knows.") In 2020, in a job he hated, he found "4 escapes": alcohol, cigarettes, food and gambling. He drank daily, smoked two packs a day, gained 15 kilos to 101. "Domingo à noite eu tinha vontade de chorar." ("Sunday nights I felt like crying.") He quit, joined a company called Azos two weeks later, and was back to 85 kilos within five months. His point is a stance, not a flex: a bad job can destroy you, and the burnout is not your fault.

The dream, ten years late. In June 2025 he finally reached Machu Picchu. "Terça, 10/06, eu realizei o sonho 'bobo' de 2015. 10 anos depois..." ("Tuesday, June 10, I realized the 'silly' dream of 2015. 10 years later...") His takeaway is the line that defines his whole patience-over-hype philosophy: "É impressionante como as coisas demoram anos pra acontecer do dia pra noite!" ("It is amazing how things take years to happen overnight!")

Why he posts at all. He was terrified too. "Eu também tinha medo de postar até que..." ("I was also afraid to post until...") In May 2023 he filmed his first TikTok, sat on it for days, then leaned into looking scruffy on purpose so nobody could mock him for it. "Publiquei 12 vídeos. Foram 12 flopadas... O 13º viralizou. O resto é história." ("I posted 12 videos. 12 flops... The 13th went viral. The rest is history.")

What he actually talks about

What Andre Oliveira talks about on LinkedIn, measured by topic

His feed has one center of gravity: content marketing, his largest single theme, sitting at around 161 median likes. That is the lane he teaches and lives in. The more revealing read is by register, not topic. Sorted by how he writes rather than what about, his posts split into a clear hierarchy:

  • Punchy advice dominates (about 32 of his categorized posts), short, declarative tips with no preamble.

  • Best-practice walkthroughs come second (about 19), the teaching posts.

  • Provocative positions are third (about 13), and they punch hardest: his single biggest post lives in this bucket.

The signal here is that Oliveira is not a long-form essayist who occasionally lands a quip. The quip is the format. Even his "personal reflection" posts (TV-buying impulses, promo-group FOMO) read as marketing lessons told as bar-table stories. He sells through value too, but sparingly: only a handful of posts pitch directly.

Who he writes for

His reader is the aspiring Brazilian creator who is scared to start, and the marketer who suspects the slow way still beats the shortcut. He talks straight to the first group: "Eu sei bem o que passa na sua cabeça, viu? Eu também tinha medo de postar." ("I know exactly what is going through your head. I was afraid to post too.") And he closes that post with a creed for them: "Escolha um nicho, crie conteúdo, posicione-se, viva o que prega, seja consistente e aguarde." ("Pick a niche, create content, position yourself, live what you preach, be consistent, and wait.") The audience and the offer match: a content creator at Oliva Marketing teaching people to become content creators.

His best posts

He has no separate breakout year to chart: his measured corpus is 2025, and his biggest hits all sit inside it. Reproduced from our data (click through to the originals):

5,428 likes. A fake job interview written as pure dialogue: a candidate is told they need fluent English because the boss is American, who has been there five years, is the only foreigner, and never learned Portuguese. The kicker: "E por que ele não aprende português então?" ("And why doesn't he learn Portuguese then?") No commentary, just "Tão fictício quanto real." ("As fictional as it is real.") The satire lands without a single word of explanation.

3,698 likes, and 294 reposts. The entire post, in full: "E digo mais: não te digo mais nada." ("And I'll say more: I won't say anything else.") Eight words. Its repost-to-like ratio (roughly 1 share for every 13 likes) is the highest in his top tier, the proof that a perfectly shaped one-liner travels further than any thread.

3,532 likes. A two-line jab: "'Não sou bom o bastante pra criar conteúdo.' O influ de investimento mais fraco:" ("'I'm not good enough to create content.' The weakest investing influencer:"). Someone else's excuse as hook, a callout as punchline. Confidence sold as comedy.

The pattern across all three is the headline finding of his feed: his biggest posts are his shortest. Where most creators build to a payoff, Oliveira ships the payoff alone.

Where do these charts come from? Everything on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics, and it works on your profile too: your best posts, your audience, your benchmark, even a side-by-side with creators like Andre Oliveira.

The number that explains him is not the word count (at ~162 words he is close to the 185-word average) but the rhythm inside it. His typical sentence runs seven words against the average ten, and his paragraphs eight words against thirteen, so most paragraphs are a single short line surrounded by white space. He opens almost a third of his posts with a question (32%) and another large share with a number (28%), hooking the reader before the scroll. Zero emojis, zero hashtags, no bold. When our system describes his style in one word, it says: punchy. The 162-word median sits between his teaching threads and his eight-word grenades, and the grenades are what travel.

The "AI tells" in his style (read this the right way)

Run Oliveira's writing through the patterns people now call "AI tells," and the result is mostly empty space:

The AI-pattern fingerprint of Andre Oliveira's style

His most frequent device is the "It's not X, it's Y" contrast formula, but only at about one post in six, and a generic advice frame at the same rate. The "Here's how" opener shows up only occasionally. What matters more is the column of zeros: he never hedges ("it's worth noting that..."), and never opens a line with a transition word like "Moreover."

Do not read this backwards. Oliveira does not write like an AI; AI writes like creators such as him. These moves read as robotic today because the models trained on the platform's best writers and then stacked every device at once. Oliveira reaches for one when it lands and skips the filler. He even predicts a future market for "marketing artesanal... Campanhas 100% feitas por humanos. Sem IA." ("artisanal marketing... Campaigns 100% made by humans. No AI."), signing off "esse texto é marketing artesanal." The discipline is the signature. (Full story: how to spot AI writing on LinkedIn.)

When he posts

Oliveira publishes about 6 times a week, favorite slot Tuesday 9 AM Brasília time, with 29% of his posts in the morning and only 4% on weekends: a clean weekday cadence. That sits in the busier half of what our posting-frequency study measured, and his Tuesday-morning preference matches the weekday-morning pattern in our best-time-to-post data. His median post earns about 203 likes and a high 29 comments. And if showing up in his comments is part of your playbook, that is what an engagement feed is for: his posts, every day, without hunting the timeline.

What to steal from Andre Oliveira

  1. Ship the punchline alone. His biggest post is one line. If the payoff is strong enough, the setup is optional.

  2. Make the reader want to share, not just like. His eight-word post pulled 294 reposts. Shape a line tight enough to be quotable and it carries itself.

  3. Confess before you teach. The burnout story "only his wife knew" earned trust no tip could buy. Vulnerability is a credential.

  4. Patience as a brand. "Things take years to happen overnight" runs through his whole feed. Slow-built consistency is a position you can own.

  5. One AI move, never six. A contrast formula here and there, none of the filler. That restraint is the line between a voice and an AI tell.

Study him, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can dig into Andre Oliveira's numbers the way we just did, analyze your own LinkedIn analytics with the same depth, and write in the spirit of his style, in your own voice. The data on this page is the product.

Where this data comes from

Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research. MagicPost analyzed 198 Andre Oliveira posts from 2025: timing, engagement, topics, writing metrics, and the AI-pattern profile from a 30-post style sample. Every biographical claim is quoted from one of his own public LinkedIn posts and linked to it. Oliveira is not affiliated with MagicPost; his style is one of those MagicPost tracks closely.
