Comment trouver facilement de l'inspiration pour mon contenu ?
Inspirations is the MagicPost library of LinkedIn posts that performed well. You search it by keyword, theme or creator, filter the results, then reuse a post as a starting point: rewrite it with AI, save its structure as a template, or turn it into ideas. Inspirations is included in Creator, Agency et Team, and in the free trial. Inspirations is not included in the Growth plan.
In a MagicPost organization on the Agency plan, access to Inspirations also depends on the seat type. A member on a Growth, Analytics or Engagement seat does not have Inspirations: see everything in the Agency plan.
To open Inspirations, click Inspirations in the MagicPost sidebar, under Discover. The page has two tabs: Post library, to search, and Saved posts, for the posts you kept. MagicPost presents the feature on the LinkedIn post inspiration page.
Search the library
In the Post library tab of MagicPost Inspirations, type a keyword or a person's name in the search field. MagicPost suggests matching creators as you type, and matching themes when the Language filter is set to English. Picking a creator shows only that creator's posts.
If the creator you want is not in the MagicPost suggestions, paste the URL of their LinkedIn profile under Can't find it?. MagicPost imports the profile and fetches its posts.
Filter the results
The Filters panel of MagicPost Inspirations sits on the right of the Post library tab. All the filters are visible at once.
Period: a preset period or a custom date range.
Type: Actionable, Inspiring, Introspective, Promotional.
Format: Image, Video, Carousel, Text.
Likes: a minimum and a maximum number of likes on the post.
Followers: a range for the follower count of the post's author.
Profile: one or several creators, among your imported profiles or through search.
Language: the language of the post.
Comments: a minimum number of comments.
Number of words: the length of the post.
By default, MagicPost Inspirations only shows posts above a minimum of likes, comments and author followers. Lower the Likes and Comments filters to see more posts. The Followers filter already starts at its lowest value and cannot go lower.
By default, MagicPost Inspirations also limits results to a recent Period, to the Language you write your posts in, and to a minimum Number of words. Widen those three filters to see older posts, posts in another language or shorter posts.
Reset, at the top of the Filters panel of MagicPost Inspirations, brings the filters back to their defaults, except Period, which keeps your last choice. The search and the sort order are kept too.
When you select a creator in MagicPost Inspirations, MagicPost clears the Likes minimum and the Followers range so you see the creator's whole catalog. The filters have not broken: set them again and they apply to that creator's posts.
Sort, display and saved searches
Sort by: Date, Likes or Followers, in either direction.
Display options: Expanded posts, Hide media, Display the profile headline, Show followers and, if your plan includes the engagement feed, Show engagement lists.
Saved searches: Save current search stores your search and its filters under a name, and one click applies it again.
Show engagement lists is on by default in MagicPost Inspirations. When the author of a post is in one of your engagement lists, the post shows a badge with the name of the list next to the author's name. With Show followers also on, the badge shrinks to an icon and the list names appear when you hover over it. Turn Show engagement lists off to hide the badge.
Reuse a post
Each post of MagicPost Inspirations has an Actions button. The menu is split in two groups, Use the post and Interact.
Edit with AI: describe what you want changed, or start from a shortcut, Keep the style, Complete, Change the angle or Rephrase. MagicPost opens the post in the editor and applies your instruction.
Save as template: keeps the structure of the post as a reusable template. See how to turn a post into a template.
Turn into ideas: generates post ideas from the post. See how to use the idea generator.
More: Edit directly opens the post in the editor without AI, Copy text, Duplicate as draft and Copy post link.
Once the post is open in the MagicPost editor, the AI panel offers Adapt to my style, which rewrites the text in your own voice. See how to edit a post with AI.
Save posts in collections
The bookmark icon of a post in MagicPost Inspirations, Add to selection, saves the post in one or several collections. You pick existing collections or create one with New collection.
The Saved posts tab of MagicPost Inspirations lists your collections in a sidebar, with All posts at the top. The menu of a collection contains Rename and Delete.
To save a LinkedIn post that is not in the MagicPost library, open the Saved posts tab, click Import a post, paste the Post URL and choose a collection. MagicPost fetches the post and adds it to that collection.
Saved posts in an agency
In a MagicPost agency organization, a collection of saved posts belongs either to the account you have open or to the agency. Agency collections are shared with the team, meaning the owner and the administrators, who find them from any account they switch to. In a MagicPost team organization, or on an account outside an organization, collections stay on the account, as described above.
A MagicPost agency collection is for All accounts or for one client account. When the team switches to a client account, the Saved posts tab shows the All accounts collections and the ones for that client. On their own account, team members see every agency collection, grouped by client. A Manager or an Account manager does not see the collections for accounts outside their scope.
A client who signs in to MagicPost directly only sees the agency collections for their own account, never the others. The client can add posts to those collections and remove the posts they added. The client cannot rename or delete them.
To create a MagicPost agency collection as a team member:
Click the bookmark icon of a post, Add to selection.
Click New collection and type a name. With no collection yet, MagicPost opens the name field directly.
Under Where to save it, keep the agency selected, then pick All accounts or a client under For. To keep the collection on the account you have open, pick the other option instead.
Click Create. MagicPost selects the new collection for the post.
Click Done to save the post in it.
The menu of a MagicPost account collection offers Share with followed by the agency name, to move the collection to the agency. A collection shared from a client account stays for that client; a team member's own collection goes to All accounts. The menu of an agency collection offers Change recipient. Renaming, deleting or changing the recipient of an agency collection is reserved for its creator, the owner and the super admins.
React and comment from Inspirations
If your plan includes the engagement feed, the Interact group of the Actions menu lets you react to an Inspirations post and comment on it without leaving MagicPost. View on LinkedIn opens the original post.
If your plan includes the engagement feed and you have created at least one engagement list, the three-dot menu at the top of a post in MagicPost Inspirations contains Add to an engagement list, to follow the author's next posts. Until you have a first list, MagicPost does not show that entry. See how to use the engagement feed.
FAQ
Why can't I find a specific creator in Inspirations?
The creator's profile has not been imported into MagicPost yet. Type the name in the search field of the Post library tab, then paste the URL of the LinkedIn profile under Can't find it?. MagicPost imports the profile and fetches its posts.
Why can't I find an old post, or a post in another language, in Inspirations?
The default filters of MagicPost Inspirations hide that post. Inspirations starts with a recent Period, the Language you write your posts in and a minimum Number of words. Widen the Period, pick another Language or click the selected language again to clear it, and lower Number of words.
The posts of a creator look old. How do I get the recent ones?
Select the creator in MagicPost Inspirations. When the most recent post MagicPost holds for that creator is old, a banner above the results offers Sync the latest posts, which fetches the creator's latest posts from LinkedIn. For a creator with no post yet, the button reads Retrieve the latest posts.
My filters changed when I selected a creator. Is it a bug?
No. When you select a creator, MagicPost Inspirations clears the Likes minimum and the Followers range to show all the creator's posts. Filters you set afterwards are applied as they are.
What is the difference between a collection and a template?
A collection keeps the post as it is, to read it again later. A template keeps the structure of the post, so MagicPost can generate new posts from it.
Can my clients see the collections of my agency in Inspirations?
Only the ones made for them. In a MagicPost agency organization, a client who signs in directly sees the agency collections for their own account, never the All accounts collections or those of other clients.
Can I move an agency collection back to an account?
No. MagicPost offers Share with to move an account collection to the agency, but no way back. Change recipient only switches an agency collection between All accounts and a client.
Which plan includes Inspirations?
Inspirations is included in Creator, Agency et Team, and in the free trial. The Growth plan does not include Inspirations. On the Growth plan, the Discover group of the MagicPost sidebar is folded by default: click Discover to see the Inspirations entry, which shows a lock. The Inspirations page then asks you to upgrade.
In a MagicPost organization on the Agency plan, a member on a Growth, Analytics or Engagement seat does not have Inspirations. A subscriber of a former plan will find what that plan includes in the article about the Analytics and Starter plans.
