Entrepreneurship is the founding myth of LinkedIn, and the feed proves it: we count 35,544 entrepreneurship posts in the last 12 months in our dataset alone. Almost all of them disappear. The typical entrepreneurship post earns 39 likes.

So who actually moves the needle when they talk about building a business? At MagicPost, we took the 571 creators in our dataset who post about entrepreneurship consistently (at least 10 entrepreneurship posts in the last 12 months, minimum 5,000 followers) and ranked them by median likes on their entrepreneurship posts alone. Not their overall fame: what happens, today, when they hit publish on this specific topic. Number twenty earns 25 times the typical entrepreneurship post. Number one earns 157 times it.

Two numbers you will not find anywhere else sit in each profile below: the share of feed (is entrepreneurship their life or a guest appearance?) and the vs-overall figure: whether their entrepreneurship posts earn more or less than their own usual median. The lesson of this ranking is one of the cleanest in the series: the biggest premiums belong to the people who barely talk about it.

She owns the biggest audience of the board (2.3 million) and reaches the summit on just 13 posts, a quarter of her feed, at a near-flat premium: her entrepreneurship posts simply perform the way everything she writes performs. The one nuance in her data is a step down from a 12,462 yearly median in 2024 to 5,574 in 2025. Her best post of the year is the bootstrap origin story she is known for.

Just missed the cut

Five names land right behind, and they say a lot about how this ranking works. Matt Gray (#21, 953 median likes per entrepreneurship post) and Tobi Oluwole (#22, 925) both miss the top 20 despite enormous volume: Matt Gray published 93 entrepreneurship posts in 12 months and Tobi Oluwole 113, and a median is merciless with volume, since every additional post has to beat your typical one. We profiled Matt Gray and Tobi Oluwole in their data biographies. Then come Verena Pausder (#23, 837), Anisha Jain (#24, 829) and Marina Panova (#25, 778), who carries a 67% premium on a feed that is only 9% entrepreneurship. Publish less, hit harder, and any of the five enters the top 20 at the next quarterly refresh.

And this is the cut where Sara Blakely's scarcity shows its other face: she tops the median ranking on 13 posts, but ranks seventh by total engagement, just ahead of Anupam Mittal.

The conversation champion

The ratio of comments to likes, the cut nobody publishes. The entrepreneurship record belongs to Melina Panetta: 141 median comments against 118 median likes on her entrepreneurship posts, a comment ratio of 1.19 when the platform norm is closer to one comment per ten likes. She helps senior leaders turn decades of expertise into an advisory business, and her comment section is where that conversation happens.

The residents and the tourists

Of the 571 creators who post entrepreneurship consistently, only 20 dedicate more than half their feed to it. This top 20 splits the same way: residents like Kelly Massol (57% of her feed) and Justin Welsh (51%), and tourists like Sahil Bloom (3%), Leila Hormozi (4%) and René van der Zel (6%) whose rare entrepreneurship posts massively out-earn their usual content.

The data behind that tourist premium is unusually clean here. René van der Zel earns a 107% premium on 6% of his feed; Leila Hormozi and Hala Taha both earn 65% on single-digit shares. Meanwhile the two purest residents, Justin Welsh and Kelly Massol, see their topic perform right around their own baseline. Where this data comes from

Everything in this article is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. MagicPost analyzed 35,544 entrepreneurship-themed LinkedIn posts from the last 12 months, kept the 571 creators with at least 10 entrepreneurship posts and 5,000 followers (deleted posts excluded, company pages excluded), and ranked them by median likes on their entrepreneurship posts. We also computed each creator's share of feed, their entrepreneurship premium versus their own overall median, engagement rates and conversation ratios. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures dated June 2026. No one paid to be on this list, and no one can: it is arithmetic.

Who is the top entrepreneurship creator on LinkedIn in 2026?

By real impact (median likes on entrepreneurship posts over the last 12 months), Sara Blakely: 6,130 median likes per entrepreneurship post, 1.6 times the number two (Ghazal Alagh) and 157 times the typical entrepreneurship post on LinkedIn.

How is this ranking calculated?

Median likes on each creator's entrepreneurship-themed posts over the last 12 months, among the 571 creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 10 entrepreneurship posts and 5,000 followers. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot, and only entrepreneurship posts count, so general fame cannot either.

Does posting about entrepreneurship boost engagement on LinkedIn?

Often, yes, and the effect is strongest for "tourists" whose feed is mostly about something else: René van der Zel earns a 107% premium on a feed that is only 6% entrepreneurship, and Leila Hormozi and Hala Taha both earn 65%. But the typical entrepreneurship post still earns just 39 likes: the topic rewards a clear, specific story, not participation.

Who are the most efficient entrepreneurship creators?

By engagement rate on entrepreneurship posts (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Vedant Purohit (2.99%), then Blossom Affia (1.96%), Jesse Chan (1.90%) and Cristina Grancea (1.90%).

Are the top entrepreneurship voices full-time entrepreneurship creators?

Mostly not. Only 20 of the 571 eligible creators dedicate more than half their feed to entrepreneurship, and the top 20 is dominated by founders for whom building is the job, not the content strategy. The clearest exceptions are Justin Welsh (51% of his feed) and Kelly Massol (57%), the two residents of the board.

Which countries dominate entrepreneurship content on LinkedIn?

The United States places the most names in this top 20, with the United Kingdom and India each placing several, and France and the Netherlands present too. Country-by-country rankings are in our country series.
