Como filtrar e organizar meus leads
The Leads tab can hold thousands of leads. Filters help you slice the list down to the exact subset you want to work with right now.
Quick filter chips
The chip bar at the top of the leads table gives you one-click access to common views. Click a chip to switch view, click again to clear.
Built-in chips cover things like favorites, leads who engaged on several posts, and recently detected leads. The thresholds (how many posts counts as "several", how recent is "recently") are customizable, click the gear icon on a chip to adjust.
Your contact statuses also appear as chips, one per status. They are multi-select, so you can pin several statuses at once and see every lead that matches any of them.
Advanced filters
Click Filters to open the advanced popover. You can stack as many filters as you need, by:
Countries (and excluded countries)
Industries (and excluded industries)
Company size brackets
Cities
ICPs the lead belongs to
Qualification level (A, B, C, D, or none)
Tags
Source post
Whether the lead has email or phone
All filters combine: a lead must match every active dimension to appear. Inside a multi-value dimension like Countries, any match counts.
Search
The search bar in the toolbar filters by name, company, or job title. It works alongside the chip and advanced filters.
Save a custom view
Once you have a filter combination you use often, save it as a view:
Apply the filters you want.
Click Save view from the filter popover or the saved views dialog.
Name it, pick an icon, and choose whether to pin it to the quick filter bar.
Saved views are navigation chips: clicking one replaces the entire filter state with the saved snapshot, so each view is a self-contained workspace rather than an additive filter.
Reset filters
Click All in the chip bar to clear built-in filter dimensions, or open the advanced popover and use Reset. Status chips stay pinned across resets.
