How to filter and organize my leads

The Leads tab can hold thousands of people. Filters, views and layouts cut that down to the subset you actually want to work right now.

Table or kanban

Two layouts, switched from the toggle at the right of the filter bar (on desktop).

  • Table. The dense view. Sort, pick your columns, select in bulk.

  • Kanban. One column per contact status, plus a Sans statut column. Drag a lead from one column to another to change its status. You choose what appears on each card — role, company, country, fit, engagement, followers, status.

Quick filter chips

The chip bar sits above the list.

  • Tous resets everything, including the search box.

  • Fit chips — Excellent, Bon, Moyen, Faible, and optionally Non scoré. They appear when an ICP is selected, and they are multi-select: pin Excellent and Bon together to see your best leads in one click.

  • Status chips — one per contact status, also multi-select. None are pinned by default; pin the ones you use from the status editor.

  • Saved view chips — your own views, if you pinned them.

Each chip shows how many leads sit behind it.

Advanced filters

Click the funnel to open the full set. Filters apply live — there is no "apply" button — and the header shows the resulting lead count as you go.

  • Affinité ICP — fit level, per ICP.

  • Statut — your contact statuses.

  • Ancienneté du lead — everything, 7, 30 or 90 days.

  • Synchronisé dans — which of your connected tools a lead was pushed to. Only appears once you have connected one.

  • Tags

  • Pays, Taille entreprise

  • Under Filtres avancés: followers range, industry, job domain, archetype, seniority, account type, and source (added by hand, imported, from a like, from a comment).

Most of these can include *or* exclude.

How they combine: a lead must satisfy every dimension you have set. Within one dimension, any of the values you picked counts. So "France or Belgium" and "Excellent or Good" narrows to leads in either country at either level.

Click Réinitialiser to clear.

Search

The search box matches on name, company, headline and job title. It does not search emails, tags or comments. It works alongside the chips and filters.

Choosing your columns

Open Colonnes to show, hide and reorder the table's columns by dragging. Your layout is remembered.

By default you see the ICP fit, the lead, country, company, interactions, status, when the status last moved, when the lead was detected, the source post, its ICPs and its tags. Around twenty more are available — city, followers, seniority, company description, LinkedIn URL and so on.

Saving a view

When you land on a filter combination you keep coming back to, save it.

  1. Set the filters you want.

  2. Click the bookmark icon in the filter panel, name the view, save.

Or go to Personnaliser → Modifier les vues to build one from scratch, give it an icon, and pin it to the chip bar.

A view is a snapshot of the whole filter state. Clicking it replaces everything you currently have set, rather than adding to it — each view is a self-contained workspace. Clicking the active view again clears back to nothing.

Note that saved views live in your browser, so they do not follow you to another device.

FAQ

Why do the fit chips disappear sometimes?

They only make sense against one ICP. Select an ICP and they come back.

Can I filter on leads I have not contacted yet?

Filter on the Pas contacté status. Bear in mind a lead nobody has touched may have no status at all — those show up under Sans statut in the kanban.

My saved view vanished.

Saved views are stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data, or switching device, loses them.
