Can my client approve LinkedIn posts without an account?

Yes. You send them a link, they open it in their browser, and that is it: no account to create, no password, nothing to pay on their side. They land straight on the calendar you shared, open a post, read the final text and approve it in one click. Nothing on that page is branded MagicPost.

How do I make sure nothing publishes before my client approves it?

Turn on approval mode. It is set per person, and on an agency workspace it is already on for every new client. From then on a post is held until it has been approved: when its scheduled time comes, a post still pending stays where it is. There is no way to publish something that has not been signed off.

What can my client do on the shared link?

Exactly what the access level you picked allows. Simple is read only: your client sees the schedule, nothing else. Approval lets them read a post, approve it or leave it pending, and comment on it. Editing lets them change the post itself: its text, its media and when it goes out. You also choose what you send: the whole calendar, or a single post.

Can my client comment on a specific line of the post?

Yes. They select the passage in the post and attach their comment to it, so you see exactly which sentence they mean. You reply under it in the same thread, and either of you marks it resolved once it is handled. Everything stays on the post, so nothing gets lost in an email chain, and it reads fine from a phone.

Will my client see MagicPost branding?

No. Nothing on the shared calendar is branded MagicPost. The tab is in your client's own name, and your agency signs the header, with your logo beside it once you have added one. Your client reads the schedule, approves and comments in a page that looks like yours.

What happens if a post is not approved before its time?

It does not publish. The post keeps its place in the calendar and waits. As the scheduled time gets close, MagicPost reminds your team, the admin who manages that client, so a forgotten sign-off does not turn into a missed post.
