From a post in your inspirations, one of your published posts, or a post open in the editor: Save as template. The text is kept exactly as it was, no AI rewrites it, and the original author stays attached so you know where a structure came from. In an organisation, a third tab holds the templates shared across the team, grouped by the colleague who shared them. Sharing is reserved to admins, so the shared list stays short and curated. Everyone can use, star, copy or duplicate them, and nobody else can edit or delete them. On a shared template, the counter adds up the whole team's uses.

Do I still need a subject when I use a template?

Yes. A template gives the form, you give the substance. The generator holds the run until you have added a topic, a link or a file, and tells you what is missing.

What does Similarity change?

How closely the generated post follows the template. Close takes the angle, the structure and the length, then rewrites everything around your subject. Very close reproduces the format as faithfully as it can, which suits a recurring format you want respected to the letter.

Does generating from a template cost more?

No. A generation in Templates mode costs the same as a standard one, and the mode is available on every account that can generate a post.

Can I turn a post I like into a template?

Yes. From the post menu, Save as template. MagicPost keeps the text exactly as it was and keeps the original author attached to it, so you always know where a structure came from. Replace the specifics with brackets and it becomes reusable on any subject.

Which languages are the MagicPost templates written in?

English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and Dutch. In French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch, a formal variant is served when your settings say you address your audience formally. Any other language falls back to English.

Can I share templates with my team?

Yes, once your organisation has more than one member. An admin shares a template and it appears in every member's picker, read-only. Anyone can duplicate it to get an editable copy of their own.
