Can I put my client's logo and colours on their report?
Yes, and that is the point of the white label export. Upload their logo in the export settings and it sits on the report, in place of ours, with a switch to show or hide it. Pick their colour from the swatches or paste the exact shade, and the document takes it everywhere: the header gradient, the trend curve, the cards and the charts. The preview updates as you go, so you see the file before you download it.
Will my client see MagicPost anywhere on the report?
No. Their logo replaces ours on the document once you add it, and nothing else on the page points back to us. The interface you work in stays ours, with its violet buttons, and your client never sees it. They get a file that reads like it came from their own company.
What does the client report actually show?
Their followers and how they grew over the period, the trend curve for the metric you chose, then the posts they published, their average likes, the followers they gained, their strongest days of the week and the formats that worked. The numbers come from the LinkedIn account your client connected, through the official API, not from a screenshot.
See every metric MagicPost tracks →Can I choose the period and the metric behind the curve?
Yes. The export opens on last month and you can move it to a rolling window or a custom range you pick on the calendar. The trend curve follows the metric you select: followers, impressions or likes, each with its own aggregates. You can also switch on an audience page, once an analysis has run on your client's account, and a benchmark page, with full access to the stats.
In what format do I get the report, and how does my client?
You download it as a PDF, a PNG or a JPEG, in normal or high quality, from a computer. Files are named after your client, so you can send them the way you already talk to them: attached to your monthly recap, dropped in a shared folder, or slotted into your review deck. They have no account to create and nothing to install.
Can I report on several client accounts at once?
Yes. From the same menu you either export one account at a time, which lets you brand each file for the client it goes to, or you build a single report over the accounts you select, which carries one logo and one colour for the whole set. The first is what you hand to a client, the second is what you keep for your own review.
