HOW CLIENT ACCOUNTS WORK

Your client roster in three steps.

  1. Add a client

Invite them by email, or create the account on their behalf. Either way they land in your roster with a space of their own. Administrators from your team can be added without a seat of their own.

  2. Switch from the account menu

Open the account menu, pick a client, and you are inside their workspace: their calendar, their drafts, their AI settings. Nothing to log out of, no second browser.

  3. Follow the whole roster

The admin view puts every client's scheduled posts on one calendar. You see what goes out this week across the roster, and what is still waiting on a client.

INSIDE CLIENT MANAGEMENT

From your client roster to every client's calendar.

The account roster

One table for everyone you manage: who is connected to LinkedIn, whether that connection is a personal profile or a company page, and which group they belong to. Add a client, group them by portfolio, or step into their account when you need to work inside it.

One account, one LinkedIn identity
  • Personal profileA client posting under their own name.
  • Company pageA brand page you publish for.
  • AdministratorsYour own team, who can manage clients without a seat.
Add a client by invitation, or create the account for them and connect their LinkedIn later.

A separate workspace per client

Each client has their own AI settings, their own post history and their own calendar. What you write for one never turns up in another, so a tone of voice or a scheduled draft cannot land on the wrong account.

What stays separate
  • AI settingsSummary, audience, offer and writing style, per client.
  • Post historyEverything written for that client, and nothing else.
  • CalendarTheir schedule only, with their own posts on it.
Nothing carries over from one client to the next, so you never write in the wrong voice.

Client switcher in the account menu

Everyone you manage sits in the account menu. Search the roster, pick a client, and the workspace behind changes with them: their name, their calendar, their drafts. One click on the admin view brings the whole roster back.

Switch between your clients

One calendar across every client

The admin view stacks every client's scheduled posts on a single calendar. You read the week for the whole roster: how much goes out each day, who it goes out for, and which posts are still waiting for a client to approve them.

WHAT'S NEXT

Your roster is in place. Now connect and publish.

  1. Manage client LinkedIn accounts

    Done

  2. Safe LinkedIn connection

A workspace stays empty until their LinkedIn is on it. They connect from one link, with no account to create.

  3. LinkedIn post approval

Once you write for them, let them read it and say yes before anything reaches their account.

YOUR CLIENTS IN YOUR AI ASSISTANT

Your whole roster, from one conversation.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to your MagicPost account, and its 6 agency tools work in conversation. Ask what each client has coming up this week, write a post for one of them, put it on their calendar, or pull their numbers, without opening a single account.

Your assistant answers with what is really in your workspace because it reads it straight from MagicPost. That link is MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, the open standard that connects AI assistants to tools like MagicPost.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you add your first client.

How do I switch from one client to another?

From the account menu. It lists every client you manage, with a search box and a filter by group. Pick one and you land in their workspace: their calendar, their drafts, their AI settings. You are never logged out, and one click on the admin view takes you back to the whole roster.

Does each client get their own settings and calendar?

Yes. A client account carries its own AI settings, its own history of generated posts and its own scheduling calendar. Nothing is shared between two clients, so the tone you set for one is never applied to the next, and a post scheduled for one cannot show up on another's calendar.

Can I connect a company page instead of a personal profile?

Yes. One client account connects one LinkedIn identity, and that identity can be a personal profile or a company page. If an agency runs both the founder's profile and the brand page, that is two accounts in your roster, each with its own calendar and its own settings.

Do administrators from my agency take a seat?

Only if you give them one. When you add an administrator, a seat switch appears: turn it off and they manage the roster, read the admin view, and step into a client's account to write and schedule there. Only the clients you publish for need a seat.

What if my client does not have a MagicPost account yet?

You have two ways in. Send them an invitation by email, and they set up their own account, or create the account yourself and get started right away. Either way the client appears in your roster and you can connect their LinkedIn when they are ready.

Where do I see what is going out across all my clients?

In the admin view. Its calendar puts every client's scheduled posts side by side, day by day, with the number of posts per day and a marker on the ones still waiting for a client to approve them. The activity and metrics tabs next to it cover what has been published and how it performed.
