Method
- Panel
- 2,264 personal LinkedIn accounts whose impressions MagicPost measures, with 100 followers or more and at least one post in each of the first three quarters of 2026 (January to March, April to June, July to September 27).
- Period
- Posts published from January 1 to September 27, 2026, measured at least 3 days after publication. Reposts and company pages are excluded.
- Measures
- Per creator: total impressions, impressions of the median post, posts published, and the engagement rate of the median post (likes plus comments divided by impressions, on posts published before August 20, after which reaction counts were unreliable, with at least 3 posts per creator).
- Limits
- A panel of active creators tracked by MagicPost, not all LinkedIn members: occasional posters earn less. Follower counts were taken on September 30, 2026. Late September posts were still gaining impressions, so totals lean slightly low. The top 1% threshold rests on 23 creators: read it as an order of magnitude. Thresholds are rounded to three significant digits.

This is a per-creator figure (the median, across creators, of each creator's median post), not the median of all posts, so it is a different number from per-post engagement benchmarks.
