Accessing template mode

To create and generate a post from a template in MagicPost, start by going to the New Post page. There, simply click on Template Mode.

Importing a template

1. Click on Choose a template.

2. Then select Import a template.

3. You can paste the content of one of your previous posts directly into the import field. For example, if you have copied an old post, just paste it here.

4. Click Import this template to add it to your library.

Using your template for a new post

Once your template is imported, you can use it to create a new post. Choose a subject that is similar to the original, especially if you are sharing similar content like a podcast or article. However, you can also adapt the template for a new topic to keep your content fresh.

Customizing your post

• Check that the style settings match your preferences (for example, conversational tone, moderate emojis, etc.).

• Make any necessary edits to personalize your post.

Tips for using templates

• You can import templates from your own posts or from posts whose structure you liked.

• Templates are especially useful for recurring posts, such as new podcast episodes or job offers.

• Feel free to experiment and decide which templates work best for your content strategy.
