Nearly every "top LinkedIn creators in Spain" list ranks by follower count. The flaw is simple: followers record your past, not the reach you pull today. The biggest account in this ranking carries 716,000 followers, far more than anyone else on the list, and it lands eighteenth.
So we ranked Spain by a different measure. At MagicPost, we took the 99 Spanish creators in our dataset (each past 5,000 followers and 30 posts in the last 12 months) and ordered them by median likes per post over those 12 months, the engagement that lands when they actually publish. For scale, the median creator in this pool earns 44 likes per post. Number twenty roughly triples that. Number one earns 66 times it, and almost quadruples number two: a single CEO sits far out ahead of the field.
Each card below carries the creator's headline numbers, a note on what stands out, and their single most liked post of the last 12 months (more like them in MagicPost's post inspiration library).
The full board first, then the countdown:

TL;DR: We ranked the top 20 LinkedIn creators in Spain by what their posts actually earn: median likes over the last 12 months, across 99 creators. Rafael Juan leads with 2,918 median likes per post, 66x the national median.

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement, engagement rates, themes, trajectories and favorite slots, across 99 Spanish creators. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
Which Spain creators have the highest engagement rate?
Raw likes reward reach more than skill, so weigh efficiency instead. Rank by engagement rate, median likes per post over followers (minimum 20k followers), and the list reorders almost from scratch:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes |
142k | 2.05% | 2,918 | |
84k | 0.71% | 591 | |
49k | 0.57% | 280 | |
33k | 0.49% | 164 | |
74k | 0.38% | 276 |
Rafael Juan wins this cut too, the rare creator who tops both the raw and the per-follower table. For comparison, the top 20 ranges from 6.50% (Carolina Sojoguti, with a 12k audience) down to 0.02% (Marc Vidal, with 716k), a wide spread: the most engaged audiences in Spain belong to small and mid-sized accounts, not the biggest ones.
Who gets the most comments per post in Spain?
One more cut nobody publishes: the ratio of comments to likes. The Spanish record belongs to Charlotte Lloyd: 81 median comments against 125 median likes, about two comments for every three likes, when the platform norm is closer to one comment per ten likes. It is the most conversational feed of the 99 we measured.
Where are the "LinkedIn creators"?
Notice who dominates the upper half of this top 20: a food-company CEO, a brand strategist, a former McKinsey partner, a social entrepreneur, a data engineer. People whose subject, or whose audience, sits outside the platform itself. The Spanish LinkedIn-native creators (the people who teach content, copywriting and growth on the platform) cluster lower down: Nick Broekema at #10, Michel Lieben at #8, Martin Arosa at #13 and Laura Pérez Izquierdo at #19.
That is not a knock on the native creators; it makes them a separate study. They compete on consistency, conversation engineering and selling rather than raw reach. We profiled them one data biography at a time in our creators series, among them Nick Broekema, whose feed pulls 124 median comments per post.
A timing note before you go. Four of these twenty publish in the evening, the reverse of what works for most accounts, which is weekday mornings. An audience you already own lets the clock bend toward you; until then, post ahead of the crowd.
If part of your plan is showing up in these creators' comment sections, an engagement feed makes that a five-minute daily habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any Spanish creator the way we just did (median engagement, engagement rate, themes, trajectory, slots) and benchmark your own profile against the country. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
This is MagicPost's own research, not a list copied from elsewhere. We worked through the last 12 months of posts from 99 Spanish creators, keeping only those past two floors, 5,000 followers and 30 posts (deleted posts excluded), and ranked on median likes per post. For each one we then computed:
themes plus the year-by-year arc of their median;
their writing fingerprint;
engagement rate (median likes / followers) and the comment-to-like ratio.
Spain runs smaller than the big markets we cover: 99 creators clear those floors, so the filter bites harder and the list comes out tighter. Figures dated June 2026, refreshing as the data does. No one paid to be on this list, and no one could: it is arithmetic.
FAQ
Who is the top LinkedIn creator in Spain in 2026?
By real impact (median likes per post over the last 12 months), Rafael Juan, CEO of Vicky Foods: 2,918 median likes across 142,000 followers, nearly 4 times the number two on the list. By raw audience size, Marc Vidal (716,000 followers), who ranks eighteenth by impact.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes per post over the last 12 months, among the 99 Spanish creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot.
Why is the biggest Spanish account not number one?
Because followers measure accumulated audience, not current engagement. Marc Vidal has 716,000 followers, more than anyone else here, but his engagement rate is 0.02% (median likes divided by followers); the top of this list runs far higher.
Who are the most efficient Spanish creators?
By engagement rate (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Rafael Juan (2.05%), Antonio Espinosa de los Monteros (0.71%) and Tiago Henriques (0.57%). Rafael Juan is unusual in topping both the raw and the per-follower cut.
Are there any "LinkedIn creators" in the Spanish top 20?
Yes, but lower down. The upper half belongs to CEOs, strategists and entrepreneurs; the LinkedIn-native creators who teach the platform itself cluster in the back half: Michel Lieben (#8), Nick Broekema (#10), Martin Arosa (#13) and Laura Pérez Izquierdo (#19).
What is the best time to post on LinkedIn in Spain?
For most accounts, mornings on weekdays (the full timing data). Four of this top 20 post in the evening instead, a luxury of already owning an audience.
