Open almost any "top LinkedIn creators in the United Arab Emirates" list and it is sorted by followers. The weakness there is quiet but real: a follower count marks who an account reached once, not who it reaches now. Two of the eight accounts in our UAE pool past 100,000 followers sit at the very bottom of this ranking, while a personal-branding designer with roughly 7,000 followers breaks into the top half.
So the UAE gets ranked on a different axis. At MagicPost, we took the 111 UAE-based creators in our dataset (every account past 5,000 followers and 30 posts in the last 12 months) and sorted them by median likes per post over the last 12 months: what truly lands, today, when they hit publish. To set the scale: the median UAE creator in this pool earns 46 likes per post. Number twenty here clears nearly 4 times that. Number one clears 40 times that.
Each creator gets a data card (followers, engagement rate, go-to posting slot, themes, the multi-year shape of their median likes), a short read on what the numbers expose, and the post that drew them the most likes over the last 12 months (more like these in MagicPost's post inspiration library).
The full board first, then the countdown:

TL;DR: We ranked the top 20 LinkedIn creators in the United Arab Emirates by what their posts actually earn: median likes over the last 12 months, across 111 creators. Juhi Bhatia leads with 1,856 median likes per post, 40x the national median.

Where do these cards come from? Every figure on this page runs on MagicPost's LinkedIn analytics: median engagement, engagement rates, themes, trajectories and favorite slots, across 111 UAE creators. It works on your profile too, including a side-by-side with anyone on this list.
Which UAE creators have the highest engagement rate?
Big followings inflate raw likes, so here is the honest cut: engagement rate, median likes per post divided by followers (minimum 20k followers). The list changes completely:
Creator | Followers | Engagement rate | Median likes |
35k | 2.21% | 785 | |
88k | 1.61% | 1,421 | |
38k | 1.14% | 439 | |
71k | 1.01% | 722 | |
77k | 1.01% | 782 |
A personal-branding coach (Lanzi Weideman, #3 above) out-converts every larger account on this page. For comparison, the top 20 ranges from 4.16% (Abdul Shakoor Ahmad) down to 0.16% (Saeed Alghafri), a twenty-sixfold spread: the most engaged audiences in the UAE belong to small and mid-sized accounts, not the biggest ones.
Who gets the most comments per post in the UAE?
One more cut nobody publishes: the ratio of comments to likes. The UAE record belongs to Petar Krstic: 156 median comments against 161 median likes, almost one comment per like, when the platform norm is one comment per ten likes. It is the most conversational feed of the 111 we measured.
Where are the "LinkedIn creators"?
Notice who dominates this top 20: LinkedIn personal-branding coaches, agency founders and content strategists. Unlike most countries, where journalists and CEOs crowd out the platform's own teachers, the UAE list is led by people whose subject is LinkedIn itself. The exceptions stand out: a recruiter at #1, two CEOs, an interior designer, a former footballer.
That LinkedIn-native crowd is a study in itself: they win on consistency, conversation engineering and selling, not just on raw reach. We profile creators like them, data biography by data biography, in our creators series.
A timing note before you go. Six of these twenty post in the evening or on a Sunday morning, against what works for normal accounts, which favor weekday mornings. One local wrinkle matters here: in the UAE, Sunday is a working day, so those Sunday slots are weekday behavior rather than weekend posting.
The wider pattern holds regardless. Once you already own an audience, the clock bends around you; before that, the safer play is to post ahead of the crowd. And if showing up in these creators' comments is part of your plan, an engagement feed turns it into a daily five-minute habit.
Study them, then study yourself. With MagicPost you can analyze any UAE creator the way we just did (median engagement, engagement rate, themes, trajectory, slots) and benchmark your own profile against the country. The data on this page is the product.
Where this data comes from
Everything here is MagicPost's own research, not a copied list. We pulled the last 12 months of posts from 111 UAE-based creators, kept only accounts past 5,000 followers and 30 posts, dropped deleted posts, then ranked the rest by median likes per post.
For each one we worked out themes, yearly trajectories, writing fingerprints, engagement rates (median likes / followers) and conversation ratios. The UAE pool is smaller than the larger markets: 111 eligible creators clear the floors, so the same filters run over a tighter field. Rankings refresh as the data does; figures are dated June 2026.
No one paid to be on this list, and no one can. The order is arithmetic alone, with no seat for sale.
FAQ
Who is the top LinkedIn creator in the UAE in 2026?
By real impact (median likes per post over the last 12 months), the top LinkedIn creator in the United Arab Emirates is Juhi Bhatia: 1,856 median likes across 229k followers, 40 times the national median. Her most liked post of the year drew 18,526 likes.
How is this ranking calculated?
Median likes per post over the last 12 months, among the 111 UAE-based creators MagicPost analyzes with at least 5,000 followers and 30 recent posts. Median, not average, so one viral post cannot buy a spot.
Why are the biggest UAE accounts not number one?
Because followers measure accumulated audience, not current engagement. Two of the eight accounts in the pool over 100,000 followers (Hamza Bhatti and Saeed Alghafri) land in the bottom third of this top 20, with engagement rates of 0.19% and 0.16%; the most efficient accounts here run more than twenty times higher.
Who are the most efficient UAE creators?
By engagement rate (median likes / followers, minimum 20k followers): Lanzi Weideman (2.21%), Olivier Blum (1.61%) and Tarana K. (1.14%), all small and mid-sized accounts that out-convert the larger ones.
Are there any "LinkedIn creators" in the UAE top 20?
Yes, more than in most countries. The UAE list is led by LinkedIn personal-branding coaches and content strategists, alongside a recruiter at #1, two CEOs, an interior designer and a former footballer.
What is the best time to post on LinkedIn in the UAE?
For most accounts, weekday mornings (the full timing data). Six of this top 20 post in the evening or on a Sunday morning instead; in the UAE, Sunday is a working day, so those are weekday slots, a luxury of already owning an audience.
