How to import leads from a CSV
If you already have a list of LinkedIn profiles you want to qualify, the CSV import lets you add them in bulk instead of one by one.
Prepare your CSV
Your file needs a column with LinkedIn profile URLs. The column must be named profile_url or linkedin_url. MagicPost auto-detects which column contains the URLs and highlights it in green during the preview step.
Other columns are ignored for now, so you can leave them in or strip them out, your choice.
Import the file
On the Leads tab, open the toolbar menu and click Import CSV.
Drag and drop your file, or click to pick it.
Check the preview (first rows shown, with the URL column highlighted).
Pick the ICPs you want these leads assigned to (optional but recommended).
Add tags to group them (optional).
Click Import.
What happens after import
Profiles already known to MagicPost are matched instantly. New profiles are enriched in the background, you will see a progress indicator showing how many are done. Once enrichment finishes, the leads appear in your pipeline.
Common cases
Duplicate URLs: deduplicated automatically.
Invalid URL format: skipped and reported.
Profile not reachable: lead created with status not found, no further action.
Scoring imported leads
Imported leads are not auto-scored. Once they appear in your pipeline, select them and use Score selection to qualify them.
