Everything you need about billing and invoices.

How to update my billing information?

To update your billing information:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Start by logging into your account on our website.

  2. Navigate to the “Plans” Section: Once logged in, go to “Plans” section, which you can usually find in the main menu or account settings.

  3. Edit Billing Details: Look for the option to “Edit Billing Information” or “Update Payment Details.”

  4. Enter New Payment Information: Enter your updated billing information, including credit card details, billing address, and any other required fields.

  5. Save Changes: Be sure to click “Save” or “Update” to apply your changes.

Please note that after updating, your next billing cycle will use the new information. Your previous invoices cannot be changed.


Where can I find my invoices?

You can access your invoices in two convenient ways:

  1. From Your Account - "Plans" Section:

    • Go to the “Plans” section in your account.

    • Scroll down to find a list of all your past invoices, arranged by date.

    • Click on any invoice to view, download, or print it.


  2. Email Delivery:

    • Invoices are also automatically sent to your registered email each billing cycle, whether monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan.

If you don’t see the invoice in your email, check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for assistance.
