How to update my billing information
Updating your billing information is quick and easy! Follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Start by logging into your account on our website.Go to the “plans” section
Once logged in, navigate to the “Plans” section, which is usually located in the main menu or account settings.Edit your billing details
Look for the option labeled “Edit billing information” or “Update payment details.”Enter your new payment information
Update the required fields, such as your credit card details and billing address.Save your changes
Click “Save” or “Update” to confirm and apply your updates.
💡 Note: The updated billing information will be applied to your next billing cycle. However, past invoices can’t be modified.
Where can I find my invoices
You can access your invoices easily in two ways:
From your account
Go to the “Plans” section in your account.
Scroll down to find a list of all your past invoices, organized by date.
Click on any invoice to view, download, or print it.
In your email
Each invoice is automatically sent to your registered email at the end of every billing cycle, whether monthly or yearly.
If you can’t find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
