Can I downgrade from an annual to a monthly subscription on MagicPost?

Accidentally charged for a yearly plan?

If you intended to subscribe to the monthly plan but were charged for a year, you can modify your subscription and request a refund for the annual charge.

How to downgrade to the monthly plan

  1. Go to the Billing page in your MagicPost account.

  2. At the top of the page, toggle "Monthly" next to "Yearly".

  3. Click on "Downgrade". You will be instantly charged for the monthly amount.

Requesting a refund for the yearly plan

  • Contact our team via the support icon at the bottom right of the page.

  • Or email us at: support@magicpost.in.

Important: This process can only be completed within the first 14 days of your purchase.

Refund policy reminder

Our monthly and annual plans are non-refundable, in line with our policies to prevent abuse.
