How to export my LinkedIn metrics?

Two exports, two uses. CSV when you want the raw data in a spreadsheet. PDF when you want a document a client or a manager can read without logging into anything.

CSV: the raw data

In the Posts tab, the download button exports the table exactly as you left it: the current period, the current filters, and every metric column, including the advanced ones (unique views, saves, link clicks, profile clicks, premium CTA clicks).

That makes the filters part of the export. Want a CSV of only your carousels from the last 90 days? Filter the table first, then export.

Use it for your own spreadsheets, your reporting, or anything MagicPost's charts do not cover.

PDF: the report

In the Reporting tab, the export button builds a multi-page A4 report from your dashboard. You preview it before downloading, and you choose which pages to include: the reporting overview, and optionally your Audience and Benchmarks pages.

The report carries the period you selected, so "last 90 days" in the dashboard is "last 90 days" on paper.

Before exporting, you can also change the accent colour of the charts to match your brand. The colour picker sits next to the export button and needs the Creator plan.

Reporting for clients

If you manage LinkedIn for clients, the Agency plan takes this further: white-label reports from each client's Reports section, under your logo and colours, plus CSV. The full workflow is in how to manage your clients' LinkedIn content.

FAQ

The numbers in my export look stale.

The export reflects the dashboard, and the dashboard reflects the last sync. Refresh your posts first, then export.

Can I export another creator's data?

The export works on your own dashboard. On another creator's profile only their public data is visible in the first place.

Can I automate the export?

Not on a schedule today. For programmatic access to your data, look at the MagicPost API.
