How to set up my brand kit

You have one brand kit, shared across your visuals and carousels: your colors, styles, and identity, applied automatically to everything you generate.

Set it once, and every carousel and visual you make comes out on brand, without you re-picking anything.

Both features are in Beta. They work and you can publish what they produce, but expect them to keep changing. To see how they fit together, read can MagicPost generate visuals and carousels.

Open your brand kit

Your kit lives on the Media page and applies to both tools.

1. Open the Media page, where your carousels and visuals live.

2. Click My brand kit to open and edit your kit.

You can also reach it mid-generation. When a wizard shows Edit brand kit, click it to adjust the kit without leaving what you are working on.

Build your styles

A kit holds 1–3 styles. Each style is a color pack you can reuse across every generation.

Every style has three color fields:

• Main: your primary brand color, used for accents and key elements.

• Texts: the color of the text on your designs.

• Background: the backdrop behind everything.

Save one style, or up to three, so you can switch looks without rebuilding a palette each time.

Set your identity

The Identity section carries who you are onto your designs. It holds four items, and you can toggle each one on or off:

• Name: your display name.

• Subtitle: your professional subtitle, such as your role or tagline. It is never prefixed with @, so write it as plain text.

• Photo: the picture shown on your designs.

• Logo: your brand mark.

Turn on only what you want to appear. Leave a toggle off and that item stays off your designs.

How the kit applies

Style 1 is your default. When you generate a carousel or a visual and pick nothing, MagicPost applies style 1 automatically.

You can still pick another saved style at generation time. The kit gives you the options; the generator lets you choose per design.

When you change your kit while editing a visual, use Apply to this visual as well to push that change onto the design you have open, not just onto future ones.

FAQ

Does my kit apply to both carousels and visuals?

Yes. There is one brand kit, shared across both tools. Set your styles and identity once, and they apply to every carousel and every visual you generate.

Can I override it for one generation?

Yes. In the carousel wizard you can set a custom palette instead of your saved colors. That palette applies to that deck only and is not saved back to your kit.

How many styles can I save?

Up to three. Each style is its own color pack with Main, Texts, and Background, and style 1 is the one applied by default.
