How to connect Zapier, Lemlist, Pipedrive, or HubSpot

The Leads module can push your qualified leads into your outbound or CRM tool — automatically as they are detected, or one at a time when you choose. Connections live in the Outils connectés area.

The four destinations

  • Webhook — sends each lead to any URL. This is how you reach Zapier, Make or n8n.

  • Lemlist — adds leads to a campaign.

  • Pipedrive — creates contacts.

  • HubSpot — creates contacts.

Connecting

Open Outils connectés, click Connecter un outil, pick your provider and give it your credentials. All four connect with an API key or token — none of them use a "sign in with" flow.

  • Webhook — the HTTPS URL to send to.

  • Lemlist — your API key, from *Settings → Integrations → API & Webhooks*.

  • Pipedrive — your Pipedrive subdomain and your personal API token, from *My account → Personal preferences → API*.

  • HubSpot — a Private App access token.

MagicPost tests the connection as you save it, and the card then shows OK, Erreur or Non testé. You can re-test at any time.

Once connected, you pick where the leads should land:

  • Lemlist — which campaign. Lemlist is the only provider that supports several campaigns on one connection, which is handy if you split outbound by language or by ICP.

  • Pipedrive — which owner the contacts are created under.

  • HubSpot — the owner and the lead status to create them with.

  • Webhook — nothing to pick.

Automatic push

Leads found by a detection are sent to your connected tools automatically. You control what gets through with three filters on each destination:

  • A minimum fit level — for example, only Excellent and Good.

  • Which ICPs it should receive.

  • Email required — only push leads whose email address you have.

A lead is never sent twice to the same destination.

Set these filters deliberately. A destination with no minimum level will receive your Faible leads too.

Pushing a lead by hand

From a lead's row, use the destinations button and pick where to send it. A manual push ignores the filters above — you have already made the call, so MagicPost does not second-guess you.

Pausing and disconnecting

  • Pause a destination to stop new leads flowing without losing the connection.

  • Retirer a Lemlist campaign to stop that campaign receiving leads. The ones already sent stay in Lemlist.

  • Delete the whole connection to cut it entirely.

Connections cannot be edited in place — to change a token or a campaign, delete the destination and add it again.

Troubleshooting

  • Leads not arriving. Check the connection's status pill and re-test it. Tokens expire.

  • Leads arriving, but not the ones you expected. Check the destination's minimum level and ICP filters.

  • Wrong campaign or owner. Delete the destination and re-add it with the right selection.

FAQ

Can I push a batch of leads at once?

Not today. Automatic push handles leads as they are detected, and manual push is one lead at a time.

Do I need Zapier specifically?

No. The Webhook destination sends to any HTTPS URL — Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint.

What is in the payload?

The lead's profile, its fit level, and the ICP it was scored against.
