How to connect Zapier, Lemlist, Pipedrive, or HubSpot
The Leads module can push qualified leads to your favorite outbound or CRM tool, either automatically or one at a time. Connections are managed from the Destinations area.
Open the Destinations area
From the Leads page, click the Destinations chip next to the tabs. You will see a card for each provider.
Zapier
A webhook URL is generated when you connect Zapier. Paste it into a Zap trigger ("Webhooks by Zapier"). Every lead pushed to Zapier sends a payload with profile, scoring level, and ICP context.
Lemlist
Provide your Lemlist API key, then pick the campaign you want leads sent to. Lemlist supports multiple campaigns per connection, useful if you segment outbound by language or ICP. Add another campaign with Connect another campaign from the connection card.
Pipedrive
Connect via OAuth, then pick the owner the leads should be created under. Leads are pushed as Pipedrive contacts.
HubSpot
Connect via OAuth, then pick the owner and the lifecycle status the leads should be created with.
Push leads manually
From the leads table or the prospect drawer, click the destinations icon on a lead. Pick the destination, and the lead is pushed. Mark a destination as Favorite to one-click push to your most-used target.
Disconnect
From the Destinations area, click the menu on a connection card and pick Disconnect. Already-pushed leads stay in the target tool, future leads are no longer routed there.
Troubleshooting
Leads not arriving: check that the connection is still authenticated, re-auth if needed.
Wrong campaign or owner: delete the destination and re-add it with the correct selection.
