Understanding lead detection statuses
Every post and every lead carries a status that tells you where they are in the detection and scoring flow. Here is what each one means and what to do about it.
Post statuses
Shown on the post card and in the post detail drawer.
Never scored: this post has not been scanned yet. Launch a detection to qualify its engagers.
Running: a detection is in progress. Wait for it to finish.
Synced: this post is fully scored against the selected ICP. Nothing to do.
Stale: scored, but the ICP has been edited since. Re-sync to refresh.
Failed: the detection errored out. Retry from the post card.
Lead statuses
Shown on the lead row in the Leads tab.
Importing or Enriching: profile data is being fetched.
Pending: queued for AI scoring.
Scoring: the AI is currently scoring this lead.
Scored: a level (A/B/C/D) and reasoning are available. Done.
Stale: scored under an older version of the ICP. Re-score to refresh.
Failed: scoring errored. Usually transient, retry once.
Blocked: scoring paused because your credit quota is exhausted.
Not found: the profile could not be enriched (deleted, private, or unreachable).
Not requested: imported without a scoring request. Select it and score on demand.
Pre-qualification statuses
Shown when you filter leads by pre-qualification result. These are the outcome of the free keyword filtering step, before AI scoring.
Match: passes the ICP keywords and default filters, queued for AI scoring.
Excluded: filtered out by the ICP's default filters or keywords. No credit charged.
Not evaluated: not enough profile data to pre-qualify.
