Employee Advocacy Software Pricing: What 12 Platforms Cost

Employee advocacy software pricing is the one thing most vendors refuse to put on their website. Of the 12 platforms in this guide, five publish a number, one publishes a per-seat price for the parent product but not for the advocacy add-on, and six publish no figure at all.

This page puts the published figures side by side, explains the three pricing models behind them, and works out what 25, 100 and 500 employees cost on each platform that publishes a price.

If you are still choosing a tool, the best employee advocacy software comparison covers features; this one covers the bill.

How Much Does Employee Advocacy Software Cost?

Employee advocacy software costs between $139/mo. and $1,125/mo. on the plans vendors publish, and most enterprise platforms publish nothing: DSMN8, EveryoneSocial, Sociabble and Hootsuite Parliament sell on a quote; Haiilo's pricing could not be verified.

The cheapest published team plan is Supergrow Teams at $139/mo. for 4 accounts. The most expensive published plan is PostBeyond Growth at $1,125/mo., with a 100-employee minimum.

Three pricing models cover the whole market:

  • Flat monthly plans with an employee or account cap: Supergrow, PostBeam, Clearview Social, Oktopost, PostBeyond.

  • Per-seat suites with an advocacy add-on: Sprout Social, where the seats are priced and the add-on is not.

  • Custom quotes priced on headcount, modules and contract length: DSMN8, EveryoneSocial, Sociabble, Hootsuite Parliament and MagicPost Teams.

No platform on this list offers a permanent free plan. What exists is trials: MagicPost with no credit card, PostBeam for 7 days with no card, Supergrow for 7 days, PostBeyond for 30 days capped at 30 employees.

Published employee advocacy software prices: six monthly plans from Supergrow Teams $139 to PostBeyond Growth $1,125

Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page; Haiilo's could not be verified, so its row carries no figure rather than a guess. Influitive, PostBeyond's parent company, sells customer advocacy on a "Talk with Sales" basis and has no employee advocacy price of its own.

What Are the Three Employee Advocacy Pricing Models?

Flat employee advocacy plans: a fixed monthly fee with a cap

Five platforms publish a monthly figure tied to a cap on accounts or employees.

Supergrow Teams: $139/mo. for 4 accounts (monthly billing; $133/mo. on the annual plan). Above 4 accounts, the Enterprise tier is custom. Supergrow is a LinkedIn content tool with a team layer, so the cap is on connected LinkedIn accounts, not on employees (see Supergrow vs MagicPost).

PostBeam: $349/mo. flat for the Employee Advocacy add-on, up to 100 employees. It sits on top of a workspace plan: Team at $39/user/mo. on the current promotional price (list $99/user/mo.), 2 users minimum.

Clearview Social: $425/mo. for Team (1 admin, 3 social accounts, 50 employees) and $675/mo. for Business (3 admins, 10 social accounts, 100 employees), both billed annually. Enterprise is custom above 100 employees.

Oktopost: from $499/mo. for Professional and from $799/mo. for Advanced, billed annually. Both plans still say "Get a quote": the final price depends on team size and add-ons. Advocacy is one module of a B2B social media suite.

PostBeyond: $1,125/mo. for Growth, with a minimum of 100 enrolled employees and unlimited admin seats. Enterprise is custom from 250 employees. The page does not say whether $1,125 is a monthly or an annual contract.

Per-seat suites: the seats are priced, the advocacy add-on is not

Sprout Social sells Employee Advocacy as an add-on available on its Standard plan and up, with no published price.

The published seat prices cover the base product: Essentials at $79/seat/mo. billed annually ($99/seat/mo. monthly). The Standard seat price, which is the one you would actually need, was not readable in our check.

The total is therefore two unknowns stacked: the number of admin seats on a Standard plan or higher, plus the add-on quote. Sprout's free trial covers the base product, not the advocacy add-on.

Custom advocacy quotes: headcount, modules and contract length

Five platforms publish no figure, and Haiilo's page could not be checked. What the five do publish is how the quote is built.

DSMN8 quotes "from a few dollars per employee per month" (the vendor's own wording, the only public figure), priced on the number of employees, the modules selected, integrations and onboarding level. Annual contracts are required; unlimited admin seats, onboarding and live chat are included.

EveryoneSocial sells one unified plan priced by registered users, from 500-person pilots up to 50,000+ users, on an annual term with multi-year discounts. Integrations, implementation and a dedicated CSM are bundled.

Sociabble prices on company size, number of users and modules, since the platform bundles advocacy with internal comms and an intranet. G2 buyers report a 3-month average implementation. See the Sociabble review for the full picture.

Hootsuite Parliament (formerly Amplify) is demo only and is not listed as a self-serve add-on on Hootsuite's plans page. Haiilo's pricing is not published in our check and not verified.

MagicPost Teams is on request from 2 members. Each member gets their own workspace (AI settings, history, calendar), and the free trial requires no credit card.

What Makes Employee Advocacy Software Pricing Go Up?

The published figures move on four levers. The quote-based vendors use the same levers; they just apply them behind a sales call.

Employee count and minimums. PostBeyond bills for 100 employees even if you enroll 25. EveryoneSocial's pilots start at 500 users. Clearview Social steps from 50 to 100 employees between its two plans, then goes custom. Supergrow caps at 4 accounts before going custom.

Admin and creator seats. Clearview Social includes 1 admin on Team and 3 on Business. PostBeyond and DSMN8 include unlimited admin seats. Sprout Social charges per seat for every admin who works in the suite.

Modules, integrations and add-ons. Oktopost's "from" price grows with add-ons. DSMN8 quotes on modules (advocacy, executive influence, boost post, newsletters) and integrations. Sociabble quotes on which of its modules you take. PostBeam and Sprout Social sell advocacy itself as an add-on to a base product.

Contract length and billing. Clearview Social and Oktopost publish annual-billing prices only. DSMN8 requires an annual contract. EveryoneSocial sells annual terms with multi-year discounts. Supergrow and PostBeam publish monthly-billing prices.

Employee advocacy software cost at 25, 100 and 500 employees per vendor with a published price; Quote where none

PostBeam's add-on price is the same at 25 and at 100 employees; the base plan underneath is Team at $39/user/mo. for the 2-user minimum, at the promotional price.

The arithmetic differs at each headcount.

At 25 employees, PostBeyond's minimum means you pay $1,125/mo. for 100 seats and use 25 of them: $45 per enrolled employee per month.

Clearview Social's Team plan covers the same 25 employees for $425/mo., or $17 per employee at that headcount and $8.50 per employee if you fill all 50 slots.

At 100 employees, the published plans converge: Clearview Social Business at $675/mo. is $6.75 per employee, PostBeyond Growth at $1,125/mo. is $11.25 per employee, and PostBeam's $349/mo. add-on is $3.49 per employee before the base plan.

At 500 employees, every platform on the list goes to a quote, which is why the enterprise vendors never needed a public price list in the first place.

What Is the Real Employee Advocacy Cost per Active Poster?

Every price above is per enrolled employee. Enrolled is not active. Industry-wide, only about 3% of employees ever share company content, and in the 1.3M LinkedIn posts we analyzed one person generates 70% to 96% of a company's advocacy reach at most companies.

Run the published prices through that ratio and the monthly bill per active poster looks different:

  • PostBeyond Growth, 100 employees, 3 active posters: $1,125/mo. ÷ 3 = $375.

  • Clearview Social Business, 100 employees, 3 active posters: $675/mo. ÷ 3 = $225.

  • Clearview Social Team, 50 employees, 1 to 2 active posters at 3%: $425/mo. ÷ 2 = $212.50.

Cost per active poster at 3% adoption: $375 PostBeyond Growth, $225 Clearview Business, $212.50 Clearview Team

Distribution-first tools, where admins push approved posts for employees to reshare, are priced on the assumption that enrollment equals participation.

The employee advocacy study on the same 1.3M posts shows why it rarely does: identical reshared posts get suppressed, and the people who actually build reach write in their own voice.

The pricing argument for a creation-first model. MagicPost's employee advocacy platform prices Teams per member on request, and each member writes their own posts with AI trained on their voice, so the seats you pay for are the ones that publish.

The 3% figure is the number to negotiate against, whatever platform you pick. The full method, cost per active poster against measured reach, is in our employee advocacy ROI guide.

Is There a Free Employee Advocacy Tool?

No. None of the 12 platforms in this guide offers a permanent free plan, and LinkedIn no longer provides one either.

LinkedIn's help page "My Company tab and Employee Advocacy tab is no longer available" (answer a6836874) states that the My Company tab, the Employee Advocacy tab and the curator admin role were discontinued beginning in November 2024, and points companies to external partners instead.

What does exist is free trials, with very different scopes:

  • MagicPost: free trial, no credit card, no commitment.

  • PostBeam: 7 days, no card, no demo required.

  • Supergrow: 7 days on every plan.

  • PostBeyond: 30 days for up to 30 enrolled employees.

  • Sprout Social: trial on the base product only, not on the advocacy add-on.

  • Clearview Social, Oktopost, DSMN8, EveryoneSocial, Sociabble, Hootsuite Parliament: no trial listed.

For those six, the first step is a demo or a quote.

A trial on a distribution-first platform tests the admin workflow. A trial on a creation-first platform tests whether employees who have never posted will publish, which is the number that decides whether the program survives past month three.

Which Employee Advocacy Software Pricing Model Fits Your Team?

Pick the model by headcount and by who is expected to write.

  • Under 10 people who already post: a flat team plan. Supergrow Teams at $139/mo. covers 4 accounts; MagicPost Teams starts at 2 members on request.

  • 25 to 100 employees, most of whom have never posted: the per-employee minimums bite here (PostBeyond's 100, Clearview Social's 50 and 100 tiers, PostBeam's 100 cap). Price the plan on the 3% who will post.

  • 500 and up, regulated industry, internal comms in the same contract: DSMN8, EveryoneSocial and Sociabble quote on exactly that scope, with annual terms and implementation bundled. Budget the implementation time as well as the license.

For the feature side of that decision, the employee advocacy software comparison reviews each platform, and the employee advocacy program guide covers the rollout that decides whether any of these prices pay off.

Running a LinkedIn advocacy program for a team? MagicPost is the employee advocacy platform built for LinkedIn only: each member writes in their own voice, publishing goes through LinkedIn's official API, and Teams pricing is on request from 2 members. FAQ

How much does employee advocacy software cost per employee?

Published employee advocacy plans work out between $3.49 and $45 per enrolled employee per month, depending on the platform and how many of its slots you fill.

PostBeam's add-on is $349/mo. for up to 100 employees ($3.49 each at capacity). Clearview Social Business is $675/mo. for 100 employees ($6.75 each). PostBeyond Growth is $1,125/mo. for a 100-employee minimum ($11.25 each, or $45 each if you only enroll 25).

DSMN8 describes its own pricing as "from a few dollars per employee per month" without publishing a figure. EveryoneSocial, Sociabble, Hootsuite Parliament and Haiilo publish no per-employee price.

Why do most employee advocacy vendors not publish pricing?

Most employee advocacy vendors do not publish pricing because the price is built from variables they want to negotiate: headcount, modules, integrations, onboarding level and contract length.

DSMN8 lists exactly those inputs on its pricing page. EveryoneSocial prices by registered users on annual or multi-year terms. Sociabble prices on company size, users and modules.

The published exceptions (Supergrow, PostBeam, Clearview Social, Oktopost, PostBeyond) are the platforms selling to smaller teams or with a self-serve step, where a public floor brings in more buyers than a demo form.

What is the cheapest employee advocacy software?

Supergrow Teams is the cheapest published team plan at $139/mo. for 4 accounts.

Next come PostBeam's Employee Advocacy add-on at $349/mo. for up to 100 employees on top of a base plan, and Clearview Social Team at $425/mo. for 50 employees billed annually.

MagicPost Teams is priced per member on request from 2 members, with a free trial that needs no credit card.

Cheapest per enrolled employee at full capacity is a different ranking: PostBeam ($3.49), then Clearview Social Business ($6.75), then PostBeyond Growth ($11.25).

How much does PostBeyond cost?

PostBeyond Growth costs $1,125/mo. for a minimum of 100 enrolled employees, with unlimited admin and creator seats, SSO and a client success team. Enterprise is custom from 250 employees.

PostBeyond offers a 30-day free trial for up to 30 enrolled employees. Its parent company, Influitive, sells customer advocacy separately on a quote.

How much does Oktopost cost?

Oktopost Professional starts from $499/mo. and Advanced from $799/mo., both billed annually and both quoted on team size and add-ons. Oktopost publishes no monthly-billing price and no free trial; the entry point is a 40-minute demo. Employee advocacy is one module of the wider B2B social media management suite.

Does LinkedIn have a built-in employee advocacy tool?

Not any more. LinkedIn's help page a6836874 states that the My Company tab, the Employee Advocacy tab and the curator admin role were discontinued beginning in November 2024, and recommends external partners for employee engagement.

Every employee advocacy program on LinkedIn now runs on third-party software, whether it is a flat plan, a per-seat suite or a quoted enterprise platform.
