How to activate the Leads module

The Leads module is included in your MagicPost plan. There is no separate module to buy: every account gets a free trial, and continued access comes with a Creator plan or above.

Your free trial

Every new MagicPost account starts with 10 free Leads credits, valid for 3 days. No credit card, nothing to activate. The credits are there the first time you open the Leads page.

Ten credits means ten leads scored by the AI. That is enough to create an ICP, run a detection on a real post, and see the quality of the matches before you commit.

During the trial you get the full product: the detection agent, up to 2 ICPs, the CRM, and the integrations. The only limit is the credit count.

What happens when the trial ends

Two different things can happen, and they are not the same.

• You run out of credits but the 3 days are not up. Everything keeps working except AI scoring. You can still browse your leads, edit your ICPs, change statuses and use the CRM. New profiles queue up with a Quota exhausted badge and wait.

• The 3 days are up and your plan does not include Leads. The Leads page shows the upgrade screen, and detection stops.

Keep using Leads

Upgrade to Creator or above from the billing page. Every entry point in the app (the credits widget, the upgrade screen, the credits dialog) takes you to the same place: See the plans or Switch to Creator, which opens `/billing`. A paid plan gives you 100 Leads credits per month, refreshed at your renewal date, and up to 2 active ICPs.

Creator is the first plan that carries Leads. The Agency and Team plans carry the same 100 credits. The Analytics plan does not include Leads at all.

If you belong to a Team or Agency organisation, your seat carries the access: an active seat is enough, whatever your own plan says.

If you need more than 100 leads in a given month, you have two options: the Leads add-on (€39/month) stacks 500 extra credits on top of your plan (600 a month) and raises your ICP limit to 5, or you can buy one-off top-ups without changing plan. See Understanding and buying Leads credits.

Managing or cancelling

Leads is part of your MagicPost subscription, so there is nothing separate to cancel. Change or cancel your plan from the billing page and your Leads access follows it.

Is there a separate Leads add-on I can buy?

Yes. On top of your plan, the Leads add-on (€39/month) stacks 500 extra credits (600 a month on Creator) and raises your ICP limit to 5. It is optional: the plan quota works on its own, and you only take the add-on if you need the extra volume.

How many credits does a paid plan give me?

100 per month, on Creator and above. They reset at your renewal date and do not roll over.

How many ICPs can I have?

2 active ICPs on the trial and on paid plans, or 5 with the Leads add-on. Archived ICPs still count toward that limit, so delete one to free a slot.

Do unused trial credits carry over if I upgrade?

No, and you do not need them to. The 10 trial credits are a trial quota: the moment your paid plan starts, your monthly quota becomes 100 credits.
